This is a place I avoid now. It's like the Death of Granola here, ten years ago seemed far better and nothing changed (???) Huh? It's like the Death of Granola....nobody cares about granola like 40 years ago when it was a novelty. Culver's ain't a novelty anymore.

GF choices here. Homeboy Craig Culver is not too conscientious about proper serving of H I S GF burger buns, although gluten free burger buns are available.
I posted photos of the DIY burger building policy Culvers has for GLUTEN FREE dinetsy. Yes, DO IR YOURSELF on a T O U G H microwaved bun, that you get in a plastic bag.
What they did was R U I N a Culver's Pub Burger by sticking one piece of cheese to a tissue. This burger ran me $10.00 with the ADD*ON GF BUN.
What they do for Gluten Free burgers....(1. )They make your burger and place it in the cardboard clamshell. (2.) They take your GF Bun and microwave-oven it in the clear plastic bag and place it in a 2nd [second] cardboard clamshell.
W E L L I know Culver's is extremely H O M I E. My question is: WHY must Craig Culver micro~wave the Gluten Free Bun and not toast it and assemble the sandwich for the restaurant diner ? ? ? Is this a reflection Craig Culver's beliefs about GLUTEN FREE BUNS? Is this perhaps a H O M I E [homeboy] R E V E N G E on the Gluten Intolerant diners BECAUSE Culver's does not believe in Gluten...
Read moreI don't even know where to start with this one. Every single time I try to give this Culver's a chance they always seem to mess something new up. They basically drowned my burger in ketchup, it was falling out everywhere when trying to take a bite. Not to mention the burger was dry, the cheese wasn't melted, and it was cold. My fries that came with the value basket were cold as well. The tables were dirty and they are clearly not trying to fix the fly problem anytime soon. I understand it can be hard to control flies as someone who has worked in fast food, but there was a whole lot of them where they definitely shouldn't be. Don't even get me started on the management. It is clear to me that the average employee doesn't do their share and pushes it to someone else, whilst being rude! That is absolutely not how teamwork should be in a restaurant. People should do what they are paid to do, otherwise you are practically paying people to talk and stand there for hours. It is great to talk, but also get your work done please? It is not that hard to do both at the same time. Needless to say, I will not be...
Read moreVisited this location yesterday as we were passing through Onalaska. My wife had a grilled cheese, and I ordered a butter burger. The food was delivered less than 10 minutes later. The grilled cheese was undercooked, and my burger was missing the beef patty. Seriously? Asked to speak to a manager. He looked shocked at first when I showed him a bun with no patty, but quick recovered and told me they would remake them. No apology - nothing. We got those in 5 minutes. The grilled cheese was one shade darker but still undercooked and the bun on my burger looked like someone sat on it. Time for dessert. We ordered two one scoop hot fudge sundaes and received hot caramel instead. I was not about to have another conversation with the manager, so we ate half of them and dumped the rest. The staff was friendly, but they all seem to be running at top speed to get the orders out. My suggestion would be to dial back on the speed and place the focus instead on execution which translates to accuracy in filling the orders and ensuring the food is cooked thoroughly and prepared properly. Sadly, our order yesterday...
