This place has terrible service and they always get the order wrong. My boyfriend asked for certain things to be removed from his meal and literally broke down what NOT to put and they did it anyway!!! The 1st time it happened he just let it slide and just took the loss. He had to go to work and didn't have time to wait for another. The 2nd time it happened he called and asked to speak to a manager. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone!!! So unprofessional! The girl on the phone said that the manager doesn't like to talk to people! He explained the situation to her and let her know that he'd basically have to starve for his very long shift at work because he couldn't eat the meal and she said she'd take his name down and he'd be able to come back and have his meal replaced the correct way. Fast forward a few days he goes in to have his meal replaced and they had no record that he was entitled to a meal. They made it seem as if he was lying to get a free meal! The nerve! He had to pull up his phone and show that he'd actually called! We will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER give the establishment another dime! They do not pay attention to your order and they are extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere! Like seriously, people have allergies and a number of other reasons they request their food a specific way and this establishment should pay attention! Shame on you Andy's employees and that sorry excuse for a manager. You all should be fired and new staff hired that cares about their job and their customers. GO ELSEWHERE. TRUST ME! Especially if you have allergies. Don't risk your health....

I have been this fastfood place serveral times, good food and friendly hard-working kitchen staffs as usual.

However, this time, I encountered a mean cashier with bizarre attitudes. This young lady cashier who is less than 5' tall with dark blonde hair. First, she did not pay attention when I placed my order, then she mentioned my order in Spanish when the food were ready. I'm not sure what her intention was beside creating some sort of communication barrier to an Asian guy. Also, she tried to over charge me $5.60 for just four slices of toast but a chief came out from open kitchen to stopped her non-sences practice. Her excuse was that she thought I want "Four side orders of toast". Finally, she wanted a tiny amout of 54 cents when I asked for my 2nd refill of soda (they keep the soda fountain behind the counter), which has never happened from all my previous visits.

This young lady cashier might be a member owner's family since this is a locally owned business. Therefore, she might not be happy about my small order of cheapest tuna sandwich combo less than an hour before thier closing time at 11pm. However, this kind of pitty attitudes toward any custermer are very unwise. If I were the business onwer, I would never hire or use this kind of...

I went in to order a few burgers to go today, 2/3/24. As I was waiting for my food, I observed a girl around 6 yrs old walk up and take a ketchup bottle to her table. Her mother was ordering. The girl was at the table with what looked like her grandfather. She took the cap off the tip of the ketchup and proceeded to place it in her mouth entirely like a straw drinking the ketchup! I informed one of the workers, letting them know that the little girl was drinking out of the bottle. The cashier asked where she was sitting, I told her, and assumed she would take care of it. I stood back and waited for my order, watching the little girl continue to drink the ketchup. Her grandfather watching her do this and doing nothing about it. No one came. Her mother finished ordering and moved her to another seating area, leaving the ketchup bottle on the table as another family sat down to eat! No one came. No worker ever addressed it. My # was called, but before I went to the counter to get my food, I went to that table and took the ketchup up to the front with me. I handed it to the cashier, telling them that THIS is the contaminated bottle. They did nothing. Do not use the condiments at this location unless they are...
