Arby's — Restaurant in Ontario

I went there today through the drive thru about 1:20pm and was helped by a man named Travis. He was so nice and personable that I had to say something to him. His positive and cheery attitude really made my day, especially now a days when the world is so negative. Come to find out he is the General Manager, which really impressed me because he is setting a GREAT example to the rest of his staff! Talking to him, you can tell that he keeps a smile on his face no matter what. I applaud people in the food service industry now a days because customers can be so rude, crude, racist, demanding and any other negative thing out there. I am a nurse and I know how it is to be beat down by people who are verbally and sometimes physically abusive. So kudos to Travis and I hope he never loses his awesome...

So this Arby's is very very clean and is actually a pretty decent place to eat for a fast food restaurant however it does still have his drawbacks I feel like Arby's sandwiches have progressed in a way that I can never ever expected honestly their chicken sandwiches better than Chick-fil-A's and Chick-fil-A makes pretty good chicken sandwiches but Arby's sides are terrible I hate saying that I ordered their apple turnover they never even heated to death and they put some weird frosting on it like it look like cake icing and it wasn't good also I ordered the mozzarella sticks not advised against it not their strong suit the mozzarella inside is not bad but whatever that breading is not good so like I said overall my rating three and...

Went thru the Arby’s drive thru tonight and was definitely disappointed. The employee was not friendly and although they did get our order correct, the brisket sandwich on the menu was not at all what I paid for or how it is represented. The amount of meat and the size of the sandwich was the size of a mediocre McDonald’s cheeseburger. At $7 and having ordered one during my past visits, I’d say that I was cheated out of what should have been a good sandwich. To make matters worse, I didn’t even get a receipt for my order and I spent over $30 on several other sandwiches to take home to the fam. Guess I’ll stick to visiting Arby’s during lunch instead...
