Del Taco — Restaurant in Ontario

You know what I really like Del Taco! But the service at this one was so bad I can't understand if they hate people or just hate their jobs. I was just there not even 15 minutes ago and thought I would try the carnitas fries that I guess came out not too long ago and ordered 2 Chipotle chicken rollers becauae they're bomb. I repeated my order 3 times in the drive-thru before pulling up to the window and gave them my card. Asked me what sauce I wanted and replied with mild please! To my dismay what I got was 1 stale chicken roller, a day old cookie and fries with ground beef and what seems to be cheese. Now the problem here is I didn't bother to check before I left the place and when I got home i saw this monstrosity....totally upsetting dude. And the messed up part is i checked my credit card account and was charged for all of the stuff I ordered AAAAAND on top of that they didn't even give me my receipt. What a bummer. 2nd time going to this location and will basically be my last. Not cool. Oh and they forgot my fork. How do I eat chili cheddar fries with my hand? I'm not a freakin...

I always go to this location and mistakes happen. No biggie. But lately, the employees are rude and mad because they made a mistake and I wanted the correct items.

Today they got my order wrong and I noticed when they told me the total at the window. I asked how much we're the soft tacos, what they said matched the total. I assumed they raised the price so went ahead and paid. After she handed me the receipt I noticed it said chicken soft tacos, so I point out their error. Instead of just fixing it, the girl says yep thats what I asked for. I told her no i didnt, I just asked you how much the soft tacos we're because the total seemed off and you said thats how much they we're. Then she tried saying I didnt say snack soft taco? Apparently thats the new name for regular soft tacos vs the bigger size one.

I told her I never said the word chicken and I asked you before paying. Just rolls her eyes and asks her supervisor/manager to refund and do...

Never have I been treated so rudely at ANY place of business. A heavy set Hispanic lady was helping me I brought to her attention there was a long stran of hair in my food. I asked to speak to a manager. Another Hispanic woman that was baging food near the prepping area asked what I needed. Never came to front counter. I could clearly see she was didn’t want to be bother with me as she rolled her eyes. I asked if there was another manger she insisted there wasn’t. “Thats just the way it is” she said... I couldn’t believe it. I just left. As I was walkin out with my daughter a young man who also worked there was very apologetic and tried to say “ I don’t like it either but that’s the way they are” he himself said his concerns to upper management has fallen on deaf ears. I didn’t see anyone wearing hair nets not even the ladies with long hair . That’s just nasty... Never again will I go there. And if you complain they...
