Jim's Titan Burgers — Restaurant in Ontario

Extremely disappointed in this place!!!! I came here last week at ten til 8pm and the staff told me they were closed. I live in Covina but love this place. So today I called them and asked what time they closed cause Yelp says 9, but they were closed before 8 last week. So they say 8:30. I rush out here! Drove half an hour!!! Got here at 8:18 only to get told they already cleaned the grills and cannot serve me!!! They still had their open sign on and everything!!! I asked to speak to their manager and was told they have none! I asked for corporate number and they refused. They wouldn’t even give me their name!! I just went through the drive-through and got home and checked my order, I realized they forgot the french fries to my order. I called in they told me to come back and get the french fries. I decided that I would go the next day and gave them a call to confirm if that was OK and the manager Britney started to argue with me and called me a liar! She said that they don’t make that type of mistake, and the fries were in my bag! They absolutely were not! I would not put the effort to drive all the way over there and get some free french fries, this was a mistake on their end, and they did nothing to fix it! I will never come here again. Went from 5 to 1! Went there and I ordered 2 burgers one meal with fries and 1 just a burger with onion rings and no drink. They repeated our order 3 times! 3! Then I get to the window and she repeats it again. When I get our order there is no onion rings and 2 fries. I tell her its wrong and she argues with me. I really wanted onion rings so she made me pay for them and said keep the fries. She knew she messed up. So I got charged $31 and some change and had to pay for fries I didnt order.
