The worker said she’d get in trouble if she substituted the meat and couldn’t give refunds because she said subway employees can’t give refunds. She said they would take the money out of her check if she tried to give a refund. She called her manager on the phone and the manager repeated the same thing and said she couldn’t give refunds and to dispute it with her bank. They told me to refund it on the app, and it took almost a month. I also had to go to the store and show a receipt. Today during a sales call I stopped by here and before I wanted to order I asked CARLA for a token to the rest room. She asked me if I was a customer and that I needed to buy something first.
