I wouldn’t rate this a 1 rating considering I come here often since it’s open late at night. Anyways tonight me and my father came and we intended to order one sandwich meal combo and also JUST a sandwich with a drink and the woman taking the order through the drive thru made it difficult for her to understand my request and kept giving me the same option, so therefore I choose the two combos. I arrive to the window and things go smoothly until I drive across the street back to my home and realize my fries are cold. The sandwich on the other hand was good. Didn’t appreciate the experience this time around.

I’m only disappointed I don’t live closer to this location because this Cane’s was excellent! I was in midday on a Saturday, at a time when it wasn’t especially busy inside. The staff were very friendly and my order was prepared incredibly quickly & as I ordered it. Food was fantastic. My only possible complaint is that while there’s lots of parking, you sort of have to walk through the drive through line in a way that feels less than ideal no matter what area you enter from. This doesn’t remove how much I enjoyed this location, though! My photo honestly doesn’t do the food justice. Well done.

I want to start this off by saying my family comes here alot and we usually have no problems with eating here, but I've been noticing that the recent times we've eaten here the chicken is getting smaller and smaller? They used to be decent sized chicken fingers but recently I noticed they've been as small as my thumb? I just feel like with the prices of their food these days, we shouldn't be getting a chicken nugget instead of a chicken finger. We paid almost 70 dollars for 3 peoples meals here and this was the size of the chicken for all three of us. This was insane im sorry 😭

I really like cane's, but I think the size of the chicken tenders is smaller and the price is higher, that is, they give less food for more money, the tenders they gave me looked like chicken nuggets the bread looks smaller and less french fries almost seemed like a kids meal🫤 and no coleslaw 😡, the atmosphere is too loud the music you can't even talk to the person I eating with. my grandparents They came out with a headache, the workers yelling at each other and throwing the boxes of food very disgusting saying hey this box is missing a tender and she threw the box back to the other girl workers yelling at each other about the mistakes they make and the music at full volume is too much, we went to eat at a restaurant to have a good time with the family and seeing this kind of behavior is unacceptable as a client I feel disappointed and I understand they are all teenagers and there are no adults to control the bad behavior but I think you have to train them better and not giving this type of show in front of clients is bad publicity for a business, The interior is all dirty, the tables dirty with food remains and grease, we had to clean our table. To finish I think you have to improve The customer service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and if we customers pay more for the combos, we deserve to have the same...

I went in Raising Canes about 2 hours ago and had a horrible experience. The manager Nick McCain was very rude and unprofessional. All because my food was not hot and I wanted hot food. Does not make any sense. I never got to tell him what happened because he cut me off and also walked off as I was talking. When I did finally get to say something he told me he was not being rude. I never got to truly say what I wanted.I am waiting for his manager James to call me. It was just a horrible experience. I was too upset to continue eating or enjoy my food. I am telling this manager he is being unprofessional and he denies it..His first response was just to bring me a gift card for next time.,instead of rectifying the problem. Who does that? The cashier and person cleaning the table was very nice...Everyone except the General Manager Nick..It does not make any sense. You are supposed to mae the customer happy. Me wanting hot food is what I am supposed to get, so need for the attitude, cutting me off, or walking away while I am talking..I was not screaming at him or being disrespectful. he had no right to treat me that way...and he did not care because his attitude and denial did not change after I told him. There is more, but that was...

On 1/2/23 I purchased two of the 3 finger meals. One for myself and the other for my wife. The only difference is that I ate the sauce. My wife doesn’t like their sauce. Later in the evening I start experiencing signs of food poisoning. Throughout the night and early into the next morning it continued. Again, my wife had no sauce and didn’t get sick. I on the other hand had the sauce and became very ill. I ask my wife to notify them so that they’d be aware of what happened after we purchased food from this location. She spoke to someone whom I think was the manager and was told to bring in the receipt for a refund. There was no concern about time of purchase or anything. It was not about a refund it was about notifying them to make sure that there not providing contaminated foods to the public. The lack of concern speaks volumes about the company and those that are obviously unqualified to be a...
