Went in about 6:40p.. I was a bit sick so I thought I'd have Hot Tea, use the restroom & charge my phone to at least 10% for on the way home. Only 1 other cust. couple sitting down inside. The young gal that helped me with my order... • Did not seem to have Any Cust.Serv. Experience. . . bc No Look in the eyes except at start briefly I got No 'thank you, enjoy your *?' as she turned.. I had to "Excuse Me" could I get Sugar Please.? She handed it without words .. I think it was the Look on her spouting face🤷🏻♀️ • I asked to use their public restroom. • she said "No, it's closed" •I saw door open.. • She blantingly said.. "They're closed bc I'm cleaning them". I asked.. "Really quick"? • "No, I'm cleaning them". (She sure didn't seem in a rush to) • I asked o.k. 'after your done?' • "No, their closed for the night once I clean them". • I asked a diff employee for time = 6:47p and closes @ 8p. That same 1st gal says . " Do you want to WATCH ME CLEAN THEM?".. 💁🏻♀️ Like a smarty pants. = Rude with a short smile afterwards. • a family that came in after me.. was denied restroom access as well • = a whole HOUR + 13m while serving food .. there's no restrooms. 🤦🏻♀️ Ya Sucks. • I went to plug in my cell.. & No Electricity.. at least out of S.E. socket. • Hardly any seating inside but rm for it. •No.. 'Hello, Welcome to Starbucks!' •No Good Bye's. 💁🏻♀️ Ya, they Must be just starting out.¿? • &• this location must Only be Licensed owned.. So They are suppose to be identical twins to other Starbucks But are Not quite there yet. 👉🏻💮🌸🏵️🌸💮🌸🏵️🌸 • 🏆 I Know The Starbucks on .. 507 N Euclid Ave,Ont.. NoW THey HaVe Absolutely Wonderful CusTomer SerVice and A Very Nice Atmosphere. They're Non-judgemental = to they equally Treat All Customers as they're favorite ones. And The Restrooms are Available Until They Actually Close. And this is similar to what they tell you before closing... "I just like to let you know we're closing in 10 minutes.. Read moreMy daughter and I mobile order at this store and always give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to their customer service. They are consistently rude and go out of their way to ignore us when we need something as simple as a straw or a sleeve for a hot cup. When we do finally get their attention, they go out of their way to be rude. My experience today was beyond rude and ridiculous. The boy at the register not only ignored me while I waited at the mobile order counter, but when I did approach him to ask for a straw, he ordered me to go back to the mobile order spot twice and wait for him to bring me a straw. I have been a Starbucks customer since Starbucks opened, as have my 4 kids and husband and their spouses. We spend more money on coffee than we should. But the way I was talked to and treated today, was the worst customer service experience I have had in my 63 years of life. I am beyond disappointed at the disrespect I received today at this Starbucks. Approximately 1:30 pm on December 27, 2022.
Response to owner: The response is a canned response that basically means he isn't interested in any real recommendations for change or resolve to the issues. I visited the website referred to in the response and it is basically a dead end. It does no good to sweep issues under the carpet. I was there around 10:27 am on a saturday 3/18/23, spent over $127.00 buying gift cards , coffee mugs and 2 drinks . Placed the order for 2 easy drinks strawberry acai . took about 25 minutes to make my drink. I had to asked after 20 minutes to see if they were making it and they WERE NOT!!
the place was not busy at all ( see pictures below ) the place was empty NO EXCUSE IT WAS EMPTY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE HARDLY ANY CARS total of 4 EMPLOYEES NOT DOING ANYTHING the drive-thru lane was not even busy THERE WAS NOT REASON WHY THEY WERE NOT MAKING MY DRINK EXCEPT THAT THEY DIDNT CARE!!!.
