Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

Previously had good experience with this location till the morning of May the 15th, my girlfriend and I go to Starbucks everyday spend an average ticket of 15 to 20 dollars. Drove through was bit nosy since it's close to the airport still approaching the intercom order two hot Americanos with extra shot of expresso and a sandwich and want get coffee cake after I placed the order with CARISSA she was rude from the get go her response was "what" so I repeated the order still she was rude and said ok two coffee I said and a Mozzarella sandwich and a coffee cake she replied we don't have coffee cake my girlfriend told her this is the third day still you don't coffee Cake? CARISSA said there is a national shortage????‽ that's a lie all other locations have it, my girlfriend told her "are you sure this is Starbucks?" She told us to go somewhere else. Wow customers are bread and butter for any establishment, I have been in retail all my life and different investments never once have treated anybody less wanted to grab as much customers new an repeated to strive in my business. I decided to pull up by the window to get her name and honked to obtain her name she stuck her head out the window started to get nasty and tell us to leave then right away called Starbucks customer service informed them regarding my horrible experience and guess what never heard any follow up from customer service nor management. I came here last week and asked for a SAR with no water sub passion tea with classic syrup. The lady at the register was the nicest. She was new and didn’t know the POS but she was doing amazing. She did ring up my drink wrong which is totally okay it happens especially when you are learning the system. I used to be a SSV for Starbucks and recently quit. My issue was when I received the drink there was no passion tea in the drink and there was only one pump of classic. I let the ssv know and he told me that he could only give me the passion tea on the side and not remake the drink, it was policy. I used to liked this location but lately DT cashiers take orders one car the way they want. They will let you wait after they finish one car. And today, I was very upset with my order. It was the double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich...it comes with egg and just 2 small pieces of bacon which usually comes with 3 or 4 bacon strips and even I always requests 1 Sriracha sauce and double check it at the window where cashiers always said yes it was inside the bag.. when I got home there's no sauce.
