The best thing about this hotel was the staff, with the exception of one guy. We arrived to Ontario airport and called the hotel for pick up via their shuttle. I was told that someone would arrive within 10 minutes since the hotel is pretty close to the airport. However, 40 minutes later, no one had showed up. I had to call the hotel again and, it was as if no one was told The driver that I was at the airport waiting. The lady on the line said she would be right there, she came, and was there within eight minutes. the first person I talked to never communicated to the shuttle driver.
Once we checked in, the room that we were given smelled so bad; like dirty mop bucket water. I had to turn on the air conditioner and try to air out the room just so that my family and I, including my infant, could breathe. Also, I discover that the refrigerator and microwave that were requested were missing, I went and spoke with a girl at the counter, who was very friendly and more than willing to switch me into a different room to accommodate our needs.
The second room was much better, did not have the smell as much and also had the microwave and refrigerator.
However, during our trip, we discovered several questionable things. The hotel definitely needs a revamp. There were brown stains on our sheets, black stains, inside of the toilet, and the paint was peeling on the bathtub. We also ran into a few critters/insects, including roaches. When I got home, I could not bring my bags inside of my house for fear that I might have transported some of these critters home. I was forced to leave them outdoors, and then shake all items out and take my clothes to the laundromat before I could bring my items back into my home .
Having breakfast at the hotel was very convenient and is one of the reasons that we decided to book this hotel. I just wish there were some non-pork options. The hotel only offered pork sausage and bacon.
We appreciate the fact that parking on site was available at no additional charge.

Everything was ok in terms of the room. The lady who checked us in was great! Breakfast was decent.
We checked out this morning and I realized a little while after I had forgotten my purse in the room. Called the hotel to make sure they found it and sure enough they had. I found it odd the girl said “yes, it’s here and it has all your credit cards and stuff, you should probably come get it.” Stating the obvious, thanks for letting me know what was in my own purse. Which also meant they had gone through it, even though they knew which room it was found in; I didn’t think this was needed or appropriate. But I just shook it off and went back to the hotel to get it.
The young girl at the front was very nice about it and handed it right over. I got into the car and went through it and knew immediately cards were missing from my wallet. I have a tiny card holder for my credit cards, that is made to only hold 6 to 7 cards but I have about 8-9 shoved in there, which makes it extremely hard to get the cards out. And this is how I knew something was stolen, the wallet is now loose and the cards fall out. No major credit cards or debit card was stolen but gift cards were. They didn’t really have much on them, so I guess jokes on them but they sure as heck did steal them.
So just a heads up, don’t leave any valuables. This also made me glad we never we got housekeeping during our stay; not sure if it was the maid or the girl at the front but getting items stolen out of your purse leaves a bad taste in your mouth for sure.
Will not stay here again unfortunately.

One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was the convenient shuttle service, which proved to be a significant financial help.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and directed to my room. The room's layout was very appealing, and despite the need for some updates, it was clean and had a pleasant scent. I appreciated the in-room amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a functional air conditioner—essential for the warm weather. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I found it difficult to leave! Netflix was also available, though it required logging in with a personal account, and guests should remember to log out upon departure.
A prime example of the excellent customer service occurred when I had an issue with the iron. I called to request a replacement and, within a maximum of 20 minutes, a brand new iron, still in its box, was delivered to my room.
Breakfast was provided, which is a great option for those on a budget or short on time, even if the offerings weren't entirely to my taste.
