Comfort Inn & Suites Near Ontario Airport — Hotel in Ontario

Michelle Is the best!! Talk about going the extra mile! Why isn’t this girl a multi millionaire? Every time I see her she’s always hustling to mop or clean to help give instructions to employees and she’s an amazing communicator who always makes sure everyone understands each other in comfort!

We need to have comfort in our communications--clarity is caring!

Michelle is fluent in Spanish and English! That’s worth more! She needs to get paid more!

Comfort inn is a beautiful facility in the same area as many other hotels. It's only a few dollars more but the ambience and vibe is much better and more peaceful than most places. (Look at my pics of the fish pond in front! (Just one example--but it’s the staff, mainly!)

This place is well staffed there’s always a kind face to help you get what you need to do business. (Or just be clean and healthy with towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, lotion, tissues etc.)

EXTRA SPECIAL staff: Cleaning supervisor —June--VERY SWEET Cleaning peeps: Retta, Olga, Luz Sebastian--at the front desk--I only met him ONCE BUT HE IS EXCEPTIONAL!

Teena Marie is the BEST kitchen lady! She was the first person at a hotel to talk to ME about Jesus! SHE HAS A GREAT HAPPY BUBBLY “What can I do for YOU” attitude! ONLY ONE in the kitchen like that! ONE OF THE BEST staff in the hotel (2nd ONLY to Michelle!) TIP HER! SHE IS WORTH IT!

They have light yogurt scrambled eggs and boiled eggs for me to eat as a healthy runner, swimmer--there’s stuff even for active entrepreneurs!

Check pictures of the breakfast buffet/ banquet room ( I spent no time there because I prefer my own company, not strangers. I own a business and work only. I LOVE IT!)

I eat once per day, And I get my eggs yogurt in the morning and eat in the afternoon then I swim in the beautiful heated pool! (See my Pics below)

It’s only 5 feet so it's pretty good for kids (as long as there’s an adult with them.)

Nice patio and place to change (bathroom) when you’re done or go in the hot tub (I can’t speak much on it, because I don’t use it.)

Michelle upgraded me FOR FREE a few times-- to the King Suite since they didn’t have the room I wanted! (Because I’m a Diamond Choice Hotel member--PLUS I think the fact I always tip her helps! TIP HER! SHE IS WORTH IT! I only wish I had more money to give her!)

Check the pictures of the Gym--it’s nice, but again, I workout alone because I prefer my own company with God, and my customers, clients and those I choose and plan to spend time with. )

I give this place 5 stars, because even though there were so minor inconveniences, and some room issues/ renovations etc---THE PEOPLE ARE EXCEPTIONAL!! If you are concerned about a breakfast, a pool or other TRIVIAL NONSENSE--BE ADVISED: YOU ARE worth it! UNDERSTAND WHAT WE NEED MOST--GREAT PEOPLE WHO MAKE OUR LIVES AND our trips easier! How do I begin to express how awful my stay at the Comfort Suites Inn was? First, when I finally arrive at my hotel after a nearly two-day journey, I learn that my reservation has been canceled. I called them a few days ago and asked them not to cancel my reservation because I could be late. I was informed that as long as I get there at three in the morning, everything will be OK. When I did reach the United States, I called to inform them that I would not be arriving until the 24th and asked them not to cancel my reservation. After all of that, when I eventually arrive at my location, I find out that in addition to canceling my hotel reservation, they also charged me for one night and gave me the difference in compensation since the hotel personnel made a mistake. I am quite disappointed in the service and management of this hotel as a Choice Hotels member. In addition to all of this, my rates have changed because I am now charged the weekend rate, which is higher than the daily amount I was first charged. I have nowhere to go, and I hardly had enough money for a single night's stay. I only receive apologies, but it doesn't change the fact that I have nowhere to go when I check out tomorrow, my money will be completely locked up, and I'll have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for it to post back to my account. All I can say is "I'm sorry," but in the meantime, saying "I'm sorry" won't make anything better because our nation is experiencing a recession and petrol prices are at an all-time high. They continued to charge me for the first night, thus I am asking for a refund...

This is a dirty, nasty, scamming MOTEL. We checked in around 10pm on July 29, 2024. When we arrived to our room, it smelled like Mildew/black mold AND cigarette smoke. As we laid down to go to sleep we almost immediately starting coughing and could not fall asleep due to the horrible stench. We called downstairs to ask if we can be switched to another room and the response was there were no other rooms available. We decided to try to stomach the smell because we needed to get up at 6AM to take the bar exam. When we awoke, I had multiple bites on my arms from INSECTS. We then tried to take a shower and there was NO HOT WATER, we checked out very early that morning and the manager of the hotel, Amanda REFUSED to issue a refund. Besides the issues with the room, I did notice there are no weights in the weight room and the printers in the office do not print. I spoke to the manager Amanda, who actually had her young daughter sitting in the lobby while she was supposed to be working. I calmly tried to explain to Amanda that the room was inhabitable and she still refused to issue a full refund. She refused to allow me to write a formal complaint and gave me the corporate number who agreed that the room was inhabitable and that I deserved a full refund because I obviously did not get the service/accommodations that I paid for. This hotel is basically the SLUMS. Spend a little more and stay at the country inn & suites Ontario mills. We ended up booking there for our last two nights and the difference was ASTOUNDING.
