The Original Graziano's Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Ontario

We went on Mothers Day with a large party. It's a great place to bring kids and let them play games while the adults get a break. The kids play broken machines that do not dispense the correct tickets. I quickly reported this to the cashier and she inspected the machine in question. She took 15 mins to help other people while we wait at the toy/ticket counter waiting for a verdict. She came back and told me the machine is working. Basically said I'm out. I didn't wish to pursue anymore so I waited for my meal to come and this is what happened. I ordered a medium canzone and a drink for 22 dollars. My number gets called 20 mins later. I take a bite and it's cold in the middle. I take back to get reheated and or complete the cooking process. I probably won't come back because it's painfully slow and was not worth the wait even after the reheat. I was so disappointed. We spent over 65 dollars for 4 people to eat plus games for...

Sadly, My experience isn't necessarily the worst nor the best. However, I tried to avoid sharing my thoughts publicly by making a call to the restaurant. After speaking to a manager..... I was left feeling like I did something wrong.

I got an explanation. Yet, I was still confused. Pasta Primavera vs. Fettuccine Alfredo w/Chicken. I know the vegetables come with a Primavera style dish and adding chicken is not uncommon. But , in this instance. This is not what I ordered. I listened to the manager as he stated "He could discount my next order ,,but that's as far as he would go . By the way,,, nobody consumed the dish purchased. The garlic bread was delicious and it was used to compliment other selections . Easily the most disappointing calamari experience I've ever had. Nearly 10 bucks for a scarcely platted appetizer... It was tasty, but there was absolutely zero value to be had here. The personal pizza was also just okay, and my chicken parm sandwich tasted like the chicken came out if a frozen bag from Costco... i definitely expected more from this place, especially for a $50 lunch.

Management, you need to see this, for being the original and touting that as an accolade, you certainly are NOT setting the bar very high.. feels like less of a bar and more of a puppy gate, that your competitor could quite easily step over if I'm being honest. ... there are only a few things that even set this venue apart anymore, and those are being watered down significantly if my most recent experience was...
