Bojangles — Restaurant in Opelika

Went through drive through gave the cashier a $20 bill only got $2 back in change my total was $15.02. Before pulling off I went inside to get the correct change. First time I said something the manager said give her a $1. Um no im still short then the manger finally decides to come to the register after having to repeat myself three times the manager decided to give me a $5 bill I don’t see how you can get something wrong when a computer tells you how much change to give back. Instead of apologizing and actually being professional you decide to tell your cashier to go lock the doors while you have customers inside the store…. Time after time I try to give this store a chance but I am officially done I’ll go to Auburn or Columbus next time I want bojangles...

Always had good experience at bojangles. But today in opelika was seriously lacking. Told them 3 times I wanted the 8 pc homestyle chicken MEAL. they kept ringing up the 12 pc homestyle chicken FEAST. IT WAS $8 MORE. I eventually accepted it thinking I would just have some left over. But when I opened the box there was 6 regular tender s and 6 quarter sized tenders that wouldn't fill my 2yr old up. The tenders were also so hard could my wife could only eat the middle. Had to go back to the counter 3 times to get items that were supposed to be with the meal. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS...

So my husband went to Hardee's but ended up coming home with some sausage egg & cheese biscuits from Bojangles and that was the best biscuit I have had in years. I mean they are really homemade biscuits cooked to perfection and we have found our new favorite place for breakfast. They taste just like the ones grandma used to make. Matter of fact, he is heading there now to get us some right now and my mouth is watering in anticipation. I love their biscuits so much! Awesome job to them and the cook is fantastic!!!!! I would recommend them to everyone and have been since eating there biscuits 2 week ago....
