I would give 5 stars but about a week ago the adhesive started peeling off the back and now my screen is barely functional. The display will just randomly turn green or become completely unresponsive and it's getting worse day by day. I'm obviously not a professional but there's definitely some kind of wiring issue going on. When I shake the phone I can hear something moving around. Also this is an S23 Ultra but the screen they replaced mine with has rounded edges. I was only told that they didn't have the same color in stock but I wasn't told that it wouldn't be the same screen. It would've been nice if they had mentioned it beforehand. I'm really annoyed now because I spent over $200 and now my screen barely works despite me leaving the rubber bands on for hours as suggested. I haven't dropped the phone and the screen is free of scratches. I'm not sure what to do at this point because I don't wanna go back and spend another $200 just for the display to stop working 2-3 weeks later. I constantly have to press down on the phone and tap it just for the screen to MAYBE work for a few minutes. Seriously guys? A response would be...
Read moreI've been here a couple of times and these gentlemen have always been very professional with exceptional work. But, this time I got to see their compassionate side as well. I came in with my elderly father. AT&T had failed utterly in 'fixing' his phone. Instead they put a saver mode on which made a virus less prominent and said he had to change his phone number that he had for over a decade. This method left him with a smartphone that was basically unusable without any access to apps, games or even his camera. I unpushed saver mode and his phone exploded with this virus. The gentleman at Cellairis took the time to explain calmly and set my dad's phone up afterwards. His patience was appreciated more than anything. And then he surprised me with no charge! Said that all it took was some time. If you've read this far, know that these guys are definitely worth the charge too. For screen repair And viruses and more. But they have My ultimate gratitude and respect. Left me with peace of mind that my dad has a reliable way of communication...

The story: Went here today after my phone's power button got stuck. Was told he'd have to pull the screen and battery to get to the buttons. I asked how much and was told approximately 50$. I said let's do it and that's when all the excuses started. I explained to them how I have insurance and and upgrade so I don't care if they can't fix it, I just wanted them to try. Nothing but refusals and excuses by them though..
