My wife and I got married at the end of last year and we had the privilege of having Clint cater our rehearsal dinner. The food was absolutely amazing and very reasonably priced! I would go so far as to say it was the best seafood boil I’ve ever had! Even months after our wedding we still have people telling us how good the food was and who catered the dinner. But above that, Clint was absolutely amazing to work with. He was responsive, friendly, and flexible. We had originally planned to boil the food on site at our venue, but rain quickly formed in the forecast so I asked Clint 2 days before our dinner if we could change the plan and have the food cooked off site and delivered instead and within 30mins of my first text message we came up with a new game plan. That quick response time and willingness to adapt to the situation was HUGE for us to help take some of the stress off due to the rain. I could go on for a while and say nothing but good things about Clint and his business. Thank you for helping make our day...
Read moreClint and his crew are a CLASS act. They are good, down home folks who care about their customers and what their needs are. I buy my live crawfish for bass fishing here at a very reasonable price, and it's always a pleasure to do business with them. Note for the fellow fishermen and fisherwomen: they don't sell them by the dozen. They are sold by the pound, and I believe roughly 30-35lbs is the minimum, and they're about $4/lb as of right now. However, you will NOT find a better live bait for bass fishing. Sizes of the craws range from smallish to medium and a few GIANTS in the mix. We kept the two biggest and two smallest in our aquariums for pets. The big ones are named Leviathan and Kraken. Thank you Clint, and we look forward to doing and sending much more...
Read moreI’ve driven past here many times and finally stopped. So glad I did! I lived in Cajun country in Louisiana many years and consider myself knowledgeable about Cajun food. (Mind you, Cajun is different than Creole.) This is the first place I have found in ages that sells authentic boudin! The owner, Clint, set up a freezer with ready to go yumminess. Frozen boudin, meats, pastas, cheese grits etc. Clint offered to try and get us any Cajun foods in we want. We got some freshly boiled shrimp and crawfish and man! Was it good! Just the right spice for both! A good place to stop for a quick meal for take out. Amy Sue was at the register and was enjoyable and knowledgeable to visit with. It was a surprisingly fun stop that we will be sure to be...
