I just needed some cabinets. The guy at the counter seemed new and when I said I needed a 30x30 cabinet he asked for upper or lower. His manager James said in a smarta** way āI didnāt know they made Lower 30x30ā. Anyway, the system froze and cancelled the transaction, but my card was still charged. I knew it was going to be canceled eventually, but I was frustrated because I didnāt want my card charged another $400. As Iām looking at my bank app, James had an attitude and said āweāre not your bank, and I canāt tell you when youāre going to get it back, I donāt know how else to explain it to you for you to understand!ā I did understand I would get the charge back, James. I was just frustrated because Iām going through a remodel and Iām trying to plan for everything, and I bank with a military affiliated bank so itās not a bank I can just drive to since the closest one is almost an hour away.
By the way you treat your employees and customers, I suggest you take up something else other than something in customer serviceā¦..or dealing with...

He walked through the store, explained our different options, gave us the best option for our needs and loaded it on our truck. He even did a follow-up call to my husband and I to make sure everything worked out with the installation.....THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Tony, the salesperson found it necessary to raise his voice in a condescending manner to my elderly contractor and took much more time I'm sure to retrieve the items that had been purchased than was needed. If i could have returned the cabinets already installed our kitchen, I would have gladly done so. Tony offered a half hearted apology which he could have kept nor did he assist in loading the cabinets that had just been purchased.
