I wish there was a negative-5 stars. I felt so bad for the associate being underpaid to handle manager issues. After overhearing that the pizza I was waiting for was eaten by an employee (the pizza box wall isn’t soundproof guys I heard everything) the workers told the front of house person to cover the situation and brushed it off making her take the fall. I felt like this was unfair to the girl and told her to have whomever did it to actually confront the customer and apologize to the mistake. As they didn’t offer a refund or anything for the issue. All I wanted was an apology from the person who made a mistake or a manager. I didn’t think it was a big ask. BUT, After she mentioned my request they refused, caused an argument with the girl in the back (again cardboard pizza boxes aren’t sound proof guys I also heard the attitude) the girl came back distraught. I didn’t expect such a scene but it became a huge one. To the young girl, I’m sorry you were put through that, to the employees, own up to your mistakes. If you can’t compensate the customer for it then own up to it. This has been the third time I’ve gone here and something ridiculous happened. Idk why my pizza got eaten but, you made it worse by trying to brush it off then causing a scene in the back. Also, once I received the pizza it looked like I upset them real bad as it was a scattered mess with barely any meat on it. Read moreAbsolutely horrible service. Ordered food and got the tracker system which I love. Waited a while and thought it was strange that my food hadn't arrived but on Saturday night completely understandable. Tracker alerted and said food dropped off. Looked and no food. Called the store. The girl who answered the phone asked me my info. Gave it to her and was told my food had been brought back to the store. I asked her why the driver didn't call me. She became rude and told me she talked to a manager (she never got off the phone with me so I dont know when) and told me she could do 50% off but I had to come get it. At this point my food had been sitting at the store for an hour. At this point I told her. I wanted 60% or just a full refund. She then told me to "drop my attitude". I was shocked bc at this point I was being very understanding. I then asked to speak to her manager, sher refused, wouldn't say her name, , that she was a manager, and told me it was my fault we had the wrong address (which was not true) and hung up. I had to call back and get her acknowledge the refund was being made. But now I'm out $40 until it processes. We live in a very busy area, I myself work with the public, I understand mistakes happen, but this person clearly hates their job and should not work in the public.

Might I add it was about to pay me $48 guaranteed plus an additional afterwards and I get to the location waiting in line everybody’s getting their pizzas I get to the counter tell them the name. I have to pick up for Tori D and I’m told that they are out of ingredients to make this order Which I find this comical because they’re a pizza shack. I explained to the customer that they don’t have the ingredients to make the order and I was going to have to cancel the order. It was a couple cheese, pizzas and some breadsticks and one pepperoni so about five minutes later I get another DoorDash notification for a delivery and I go there. I walk inside this time.
