Arby's — Restaurant in Orange City

This Arby's here in Orange City is amazing the people that work there are so nice and so concerned about your meal coming out correctly and willing to help you in any way I was there today and the girl at the cash register because I had some coupons asked if I minded if the lady behind me got to use a coupon because she wasn't sure if she had one for what she wanted that's really over and above being nice that she was willing to ask the customer at the register to help another customer I try to eat in there as often as I can usually a couple times a week I usually come in with a list of coupons and there's never a problem very rarely is my order gotten messed up but two times in a year place is clean place is happy the people sound friendly in the back it's better than any experience that you can have at Wendy's or McDonald's or Taco Bell or Burger King Arby's the place where the meats are at least when you go to Arby's and you get a sandwich the meat hangs off the outside of the bun when you go to McDonald's and Burger King you have to take the top of the bun off to see the beef I think I've said enough go there and experience a nice place to have lunch or dinner and nice people

Today's the 30th of June and as always you...

We stop at Arby’s regularly and love the beef n cheddar and Gyros. Today’s visit started of great. We ordered 2 beef n cheddar sandwiches @ 2/$6 and made them small combos. The total was $14.89. It is hard to believe two small fries and two small drinks were eight dollars. The they asked us to donate to their charity for children. I have my own charitable foundations I and my business donate too. I said no then they asked did I want to round up my total for the American kids. I get calls all day long from organizations wanting donations. I applauded Arby’s for donating to their charity but every time I go out they ask me to donate to their charity. I don’t want to seem like I don’t care because we do and we donate to Shriners Children’s Hospital every year. The curly fries were greasy and cold, the ice tea tasted like it was made for lunch and the cheddar was all over the wrapper and not on my sandwich. I was not impressed and many people were also talking about Arby’s asking for donations and kept going even after they said no. I would never ask my clients to donate to my charities and hitting you up at dinner is not the time...

This location is awful for customer service. I have visited this location 3 times this week. Everything was ok prior. But on August 13, 2023 Sunday, the manager and service was horrible!! Went through the drive through. received my order and pulled away. Immediately, my passenger opened the bag and realized an order of mozzarella sticks and curly fries were not in the bag. I pulled back up to the drive through, (I actually just pulled away for no more than 2 minutes, surely they remember me) Manager lady asked to see the bag my food came in. ??? Asked to see my receipt. I showed her both, but really didnt understand the "show me the bag" request. She did give them to me but only after hearing a line worker say yes those were mine. Before I had a chance to look deeper in the bag for the marinara sauce, I requested a packet and she stated rudely, "you already have one in your bag because I saw it there!" as if Im trying to somehow sneak another marinara sauce. ??? I looked in the bag and yes there was one in there. God help me. Not going back. Dont need to be caused any upset for something as basic as...
