Red Eye Smoke Shop — Local services in DeBary

I purchased a simple pipe at this store one day ago. I got the pipe home to learn that the top cover of the pipe does not unscrew leaving the product unusable. The next day (today) I returned to the store with the price tag still on and the staff at the store were both unable to screw the top off the bowl portion of the pipe. Although they had about 7 more identical products on the shelf they would not replace the unusable pipe with another one because "all sales are final". These two guys couldn't and didn't do anything to make it right. My suggestion to the store is to make sure all products are working properly before you sell anything on a no return or exchange policy. It's not your customers' job to do so but since you insist it is... My suggestion to anyone considering shopping here is to make sure things work before you pay because they will not do anything for you except be happy to collect your initial payment and too bad if the product is defective. I understand some things cannot be returned like liquids, smokes, etc but some things are a no brainer and I feel I should have just been handed an identical pipe that is operable. I have shopped here a few times and the staff is usually nice but I just do not like the store policy of "All Sales Are Final"!

I'm glad I learned this on an inexpensive item and I am only out a few dollars and will simply not go here anymore. My suggestion to anyone looking at reviews considering where to go is this: If you are planning on dropping a few dollars here just make sure everything you are spending your money on works how it should; I was only out a few bucks but their policy could have you out a lot more than a few bucks if you don't double check them to make sure...

Red Eye is a fantastic place full of so many blunts, many tobacco smoking bowls, and insense burners. Among that, they have backpacks that seal in the smell of tobacco so your kids don't have to smell that nasty stuff. Containers that hide your tobacco as well. The shop is set up in a way that makes it impossible to miss anything in that well organized business. It's always clean when I enter the establishment. That makes me extremely happy to know that they take care of their products. The crew, Angel, Steffon, and AJ, acknowledge your presence immediately. They will ask you directly about the product you are seeking, what you would like to view, and/or know the price of that product, with such a friendly tone that you immediately feel like you are home or in a safe place. I immediately felt like I was the only customer in the world. That cheered me up after a really bad day. Angel is the blunt Queen. She's tried many of the different flavors but always wants feedback about how they tasted. That's what I call diligence and wanting to ensure the product you buy is exactly what you wanted. Angel, Steffon, and AJ, are exemplary staff members that you need in your life. I asked many questions about the Puffco, for my tobacco needs, along with other items that I was interested in. Time didn't matter while I was soaking in the knowledge. And, they answered truthfully and expediently. I'm still learning about the different types of tobacco bowls that help with tobacco dabs and nicotine oil. Blunts for days. This might be a long review but Whatever. I absolutely love this place. So many good things to say. For One The location is super convenient for me since I live right around the corner from the O.C location. I’ve been going to The O.C location for a while and it’s literally the only smoke shop I’ll go to. Let me start by saying the atmosphere when you walk in is super chill. They play different types of music to boost the vibe. It’s always clean. Smells good and very organized. Every employee that I have met including the management is super friendly, very informative, and real down to earth. They have so many products. Prices are good and they always get new stuff in. I have never walked in and not been greeted. I’m always thanked for my business when I leave. Even though there is a no refund policy, If I ever have a problem they try their best to accommodate me. I’m really big on business etiquette since I did some courses on business management in college and This place knows how to run a business. They also hired staff that knows the value of their customers. We are what keeps the business running and they acknowledge that. It’s because of that I will continue to support them!!!
