There I was. Wandering around the city, hungry. For what, you ask? Breakfast! The hotel in which I stayed last night had no free hotel breakfast. Diabolical. On the upper hand, it granted us with a unique privilege. As we were searching, we found this strange and mysterious place known as Chick Fil' A. We've previously dined within their buildings, and enjoyed our experience, so this seemed like the perfect opportunity for us. As the rain poured in the dark outside, we walked in and were presented with a calm welcoming atmosphere. It was quiet. Too quiet? We walked up to the counter and ordered our food. The staff was friendly, and patient with me as I stumbled over the placement of my order. I've always struggled with ordering food, but the staff was happy to help. When my food arrived, it was hot, and delicious. It came quickly and with a smile. The staff member whom they called Amy was very polite and made great jokes. The iced coffee was some of the best and most refreshing of liquids that I've ever placed into my mouth. The food was great. The service was great. The one called Amy even wished us luck and prayed for us on our missions trip with the one they call the North American Missions Board. As I walked over to the condiments bar, I was greeted with robotic trashcans of the most epic sort, and a pepper grinder so large, that you could fit and entire peck of pickled peppers inside, and last, but most certainly far from the least, a fabled treasure of the most highest of value: Chick Fil' A butter mints. They brought a tear to my eye, as I was unaware that Chick Fil' A still had butter mints. It was a most beautiful sight indeed. This was possibly one of my most epic adventures to the Chick Fil' A ever. Keep up the good...
Read moreTo start with the parking lot is full of potholes and it's a new restaurant which kind of says Alot......My wife and I have ate here twice...first time was wonderful...the second time the sandwhiches tasted like they had garlic powder sprinkled on them and tasted like rubbish...it upset both our stomachs....I called the manager to ask if the new smokehouse chicken was supposed to have garlic on it to only catch attitude and being told food poisoning doesn't show up for 24 to 48 hours.....well ...one ...I asked a simple question and did not say I had food poisoning and did not need to be talked to in a patronizing manner....offered new sandwiches which I did not want ..just asked a simple question...which after asking again was told by Jesse the manager on duty that there wasn't garlic powder at the preparation station. Well ok...both our sandwiches tasted like they had garlic powder on them and made my wife and I ill. Great way to spend Saturday and $30 bucks Huh???? Needless to say I will never eat here again.....the team response to my question and to treat me rude was unacceptable. Ridiculous.....shame people can't even do a simple job like make mostly pre prepared food properly. I highly don't recommend going...
Read moreI have a gluten allergy so I ordered the grilled chicken club with a gluten free bun (usually served in a bowl with a packaged gluten free bun so there is no cross contamination). When I got my order, the sandwich was in a normal box, with a bun. I go back through the drive through & explain the mistake, they tell me to pull up & give me a bag with only the gluten free bun. I told the woman, I cannot simply take the chicken off of the bun bc warm moist pieces can stick & I will have an allergy reaction- So she said she would fix it. She brings out a I the bag….. same thing, chicken club on a normal bun. I said “this is not correct, it’s not gluten free” she looked very confused so I showed her the gluten free bun in the package vs the bun on the sandwich. She said she would correct it & this time she brought out the sandwich in a bowl, as it’s supposed to be. I didn’t check further before I pulled away but when I got home, it wasn’t the chicken club I ordered.. It had no cheese or bacon 😑😑😑 incredibly surprised at this service bc i’ve only ever heard how great this restaurant is. I will not go back.. the two other times I have gone, my orders were wrong (just not as wrong...
