Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Orange Township

Gordon Ramsay himself cannot fix this horrible place! The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. It started like this, went to their drive through ordered a dozen chocolate dipped donuts was told they only had 4. I said alright fair enough make the rest assorted. After I leave the drive through, I stopped in their parking lot to check everything make sure I had everything then I forgot to get a different donut. So I pulled in a spot went inside, keep in mind this was only 2 minutes later, as I walk up to the counter I look at the donut rack and they have like 14 chocolate dipped! I asked the girl at the counter when did those get there she said she don’t know then the drive through lady chimes in and says oh they just got there in a snarky attitude. Then I asked for 2 of them and felt them and they were cold. So you’re telling me you chill the donuts as well? Nope I got lied to. Lady at the drive through needs to be fired ASAP....

I was rushed and interrupted throughout my entire order. Another employee interrupted the ordering process to try take over but then the two of then were attempting to do so at the same time. Even after repeating, two of the items were wrong. I expressed how frustrating it was to be so flustered from placing an order at a fast food restaurant and how I was rushed and interrupted. Then I explained the coffees I ordered were hot, not cold and I was told that 'they went over the order with me...' and then got a shoulder shrug. I was to frazzled to wait for the correction. It's a fast food drive-thru, it shouldn't cause anxiety but this...

I've never really had a problem with this Tim Hortons before. But they messed up my order and when I went back to get it corrected. The lady at the desk never apologized and demanded that I take the old order and throw it away myself. I said you throw it away, it's your mistake and she refused. She got nasty with me and said I didn't have any manners . We know who doesn't have the manners it's called customer service for a reason . I did end up getting my food, it just took a long time. If they screw your order up and you have to take it back and get your correct order be prepared for a verbal combative Behavior from the front...
