arrived at the Orange Arby's location with a coupon sent to me Arby's celebrating Valentine’s Day. Upon finishing my order at the drive thru speaker, the cashier told me my coupon was for a small fries. I shared with the cashier my Arby's coupon sent to me at my E-Mail address was for a large fries. The cashier again said, the coupon is for a small fries. I again shared with the cashier over the speaker as I read from the Arby's coupon, "Celebrate Valentine's Day, a sandwich and another sandwich and the large fries or shake you get for free with those sandwiches. Yep, that's what love's all about, getting the free fries or a shake with any two sandwiches or wraps." The cashier said, just drive up to the window. I drive up to the window and presented the free large fries coupon. She read it, and then she did a double take. Where is the 'trust". It's an Arby's coupon. Wake T.F. up . Next, this cashier asked me if I needed Arby's sauce. I indicted I needed a specific number of Arby's sauce, a specific number of horsey sauce and a specific number of ketchup. This female cashier again decided I was not a valued customer and said, "we are low on condiments and I can only give you five. I said, I was at the Buena Park Arby's 10 days ago for the 5 roast beef sandwiches for $10 and I got six Arby's sauce with each of the 5 sandwiches or 30 packets. Are you really going to limit me and ruin my meal? She closed the drive-thru window on my and walked away. Next Juan returned to the open the window and he gave me my food in a bag with the sauce I had asked for. Juan then said to me, "You are a terrible customer." I said, "Why am I a terrible customer? I paid full price for two sandwiches, I presented an Arby's coupon, you have taken my money, why am I a terrible customer? Juan again repeated, "You are a terrible customer." I next asked for my receipt. Juan said, "She (the cashier) already gave you one." I said, "I did not yet get a receipt, may I please have my receipt." Juan looked around the inside counter, picked something up, and said he could print me a second receipt. I said, "This is my first receipt." Juan hand me a piece of paper with no survey on the back. I requested a receipt with the survey phone number or E-Mail contact. Juan refused to provide this. When your manager gives you your food and the correct amount of condiments and says, "You are a terrible customer." However, he cannot explain why he thinks this; there is something wrong with having this person up front to deal with the public. If Arby's wants to continue to employ this rude person, they should place them in the back working with dead animals, (the food) and never again allow this person to ruin the...
Read moreIf I could have given this place 10 negative stars, I would have. This is the SECOND time I have had problems with this manager. The first time the idiot forgot parts of my order. To make matters worse, I didn't check the order UNTIL I got home and the person whose sandwich they forgot was PISSED. (They don't care, its not their food!) Now check this out, when I went back to the store, this manager said to me and I quote, "why are you complaining? We're giving you your sandwich now (about 3 days later) You got the sandwich. I don't know why you are complaining, we made good on your sandwich. What about something to compensate me for having to come back here again and starving the person whose sandwich you ripped off. Oh no, we don't do that, be happy your getting the sandwich you paid for and ordered! Talk about an offense mouth. This time, I ordered $20 worth of food tonight, and as they were preparing my food, someone in the back (near the food prep area) sneezed as loud as they could directly near my food, so my friend told me why don't you return the food, I wouldn't eat that food, especially since the person sneezed so close to your dinner. So after I went to the other restaurant, to pick up some non-pilfered food I went back to Arbys and demanded my money back. Do you know what the "manager" told me. We're not giving you back s**t. So my friends said, "you mean we're out the food and money? He said, "you got that right". I have filed a formal complaint with their customer service number, but wanted to file a complaint with the police as this is criminal, taking ones money AND not giving them any food, they should be in jail. Taking advantage of a senior...
Read moreMy 87 year old father who just lost his wife wants Arbys almost exclusively. We take him a few times a week to the one located at 1107 N Tustin, Orange CA. We always have a very pleasant experience and the staff treats him with grace and dignity. Today was a horrible experience. We sometimes forget our coupons and they gladly provide them for us at the store. An older dark hair, shorter woman helped us today at 12:30pm and when I asked for coupons she said she did not have any and used attitude in saying it. Like I was going to take money out of her wallet. I said with a huge smile, I see some coupons by the drive up cash register and pointed to them. She reluctantly went and got them and handed me one stated “you can’t use that today, but upon your next visit”. I had her repeat it because she made me feel like I was trying to cheat the system. I said are you sure. She responded “yes good on your next visit”. Our total for three small sandwiches and a COLD fry was $24.20. Order is aadyHkzcaeau. Just so you can possibly find this employee who tarnished one of our favorite...
