Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Orange

On 2 separate occasions Via drive-thru:

1. I bought 4 burgers. I checked my bag before leaving the drive-thru and I only had 3 burgers in the bag. I told the guy i was missing a burger and grinned at me like he knew one was missing. It took him about 10 seconds to produce the 4th burger i ordered.

2. I ordered 4 queso-burgers and 1 famous star in the drive-thru, the guy took my order and gave me my total. I got to the window to pay and pick up my food, the guy told me they no longer had queso-burgers because they were limited time...I dont know why he didnt tell me that while i was ordering (he didnt have a good answer either) . He asked if i wanted all famous stars instead. I agreed and asked the price difference. He said he would give me a 10% discount. He gave me a discount on the queso burgers and not on the famous stars. the queso burgers are more expensive. A little irritated at the kid in the drive-thru i left without checking my bag... big mistake. I get back to work and I am missing a burger.

Needless to say be careful because these guys working at Carl's are...

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but had to on this one.. the employee that took my order didn’t hear right after I said I wanted a double patty protein style burger, and she confirmed double patty but only charged me for 1 patty and when I left to eat I saw that it was made wrong. I spent 20 minutes in line waiting to order and then drove off to a wrong order… I thought the manager Anahi would be considerate and refund me and make my order right but she insisted that I can’t get my money back that they would have to remake my order or that I would have to give them my bitten food and then I could get my money back. At the least she should have given me a refund and allowed me to keep the messed up order… What a petty resolution from manager Anahi, especially as a manager of a multimillion company… corrupt and stingy… Never buying from Carl’s Jr anymore they always get the order wrong. I’m glad they built an in n out next to them ✌🏽. On my way...

I came by to eat after I had did some shopping in the morning and I couldn’t find parking the lot was so full. I had to pass through the drive thru to order, so then I saw that the manager was working and I explained to her that I wanted to eat inside but her lot was full. She was so nice to me and said she was saving a parking for an employee, but that we could use it so we can eat inside. To our surprise it was very empty inside, but I am so grateful that she did that for us. Apart from the service being so great the food was very delicious and fresh.
