I’ve spend ALOT of money at this location, but that stops! I went there for a remake from my last visit (food was barely warm with stale fries) was pulled up, waited 10 minutes in hopes that everything would be fresh and once again, all of my fries were BARELY warm and and ice cream for the kids meals were not in my bag (my order was pretty big). Called store to explain what happened, they apologized but operator gets upset and impatient because they replaced my order before and said they refuse to do it again (as if it’s MY FAULT). Went back to get missing items and the OPERATOR was completely rude and disrespectful, not apologetic for my service at all!! He literally had all eyes on drive thru. Tells me I should’ve checked my bag before I left the store, but crew member walked the bags out, recalled my order to me and assured everything was in there, so yes I was confident that it was. After giving this location several chances with this type of service, I will definitely take my business elsewhere, where my dollar is appreciated and quality of food meets the amount I’m paying. I understand restaurants have a business to run, but customers spend their hard earned money to receive the bare minimum. Fast food is expensive and working behind those walls, they forget how important it is to give quality food, their main goal is getting orders out. The quality is no longer a factor to some, their concern is getting orders out as quick as possible while raising a good conversation amongst one another. And I’m super friendly to all employees, so I’m the last person you’ll have to catch an attitude with. There’s a way to handle this type of issue and his way was not...
Read moreI've always appreciated the high standards at this Chick-fil-A location, which used to be the go-to spot for miles around. However, recent visits, including tonight's at 7:53 PM, have left me somewhat disappointed.
Consistency in Service: One of Chick-fil-A's hallmarks has been its consistency, but it seems the branch is closing earlier than advertised today, which was unexpected. Maintaining regular operating hours is crucial for customer trust.
Order Accuracy: Previously, the accuracy of orders was impeccable, but lately, about three out of every five visits result in errors or missing items. This shift is noticeable and impacts the overall experience.
Suggestions for Improvement: Re-evaluate Closing Procedures: Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to the scheduled closing times. If there's a need to adjust hours, perhaps consider notifying customers in advance via signage or digital platforms.
Training and Quality Checks: Implementing or refreshing training on order-taking and assembly could help restore the previous high standards of accuracy. Perhaps also consider a pre-departure check system for orders.
Feedback Mechanism: Establishing a more direct line for customer feedback might help in swiftly addressing and rectifying issues as they arise.
I hope these observations are taken in the spirit they're intended—constructive feedback to help maintain what has been a cherished local business. Chick-fil-A's success has always been its commitment to excellence; I'm confident that with a bit of focus, we can see those...
Read moreIt would, was great and has been great everytime I've stepped foot in a Chick fil A restaurant. I thought fast food workers lost the hospitality after covid and some still aren't nice and you feel good about the food you're going to get. It's not like that at chick fil a at all from the staff, everything on the menu taste fa-nominal, it smells clean and the food smells amazing. Literally the only thing I can think of that bad about it is the line everytime. There's huge line wrapped around the building but the people just want the same thing I want. Nothing like chick fil a. Would love to buy shares in it in the future or invest somehow into it. That's how much I love it. Always positive vibes and atmosphere. Love making stops here. Everytime you order you always get the gratitude of amazing customer service. It's like they put the employees in a special class for good customer service. Never fails. I always come hungry and leave...
