Do Not Waste Your Money here
Coming from a person who use to work customer service for many years, I know how hard it can be to deal with the public daily, but it is also why I am a stickler of it. When I first visited this WAB, I had a decent experience, friendly staff and the food was great. On our second visit on we didnāt get to order, because no one would come to the window when they first opened. Even though that occurred, I gave them another try (should have waited in the Chick-fil-a long line). I decided to redeem a coupon for a free onion ring, and also order a shake. Before giving my card to the young lady, I told her I had my app to scan, and also asked if it went through while she was handing me my food. I quickly found out she charged me full price, no big deal, it could have been an error on my end. So I asked to have it scanned again and get my money back. Another worker stated, I think thereās only a coupon for a free fry (showed her the coupon), she went on to say I wouldnāt get my money back on the card, I would have to wait for a manager, and I would receive cash. Oh my goodnessss⦠I guess she expected me to say thatās alright and leave. But, I stated I will wait for the refund. I guess this ruined her day, because after that, they were beyond ruin shut the window and proceeded to fix the issue I guess? But, the main issue was that they didnāt offer an apology, didnāt even speak one word to me (including the āmanagerā) and rudely shoved my money in my hand, and turned around with no word, even though I still asked did the coupon take.
Itās sad because I never raised my voice or became rude. Some advice to this storeā¦.
Your service sucks!!!! Throw away the entire crew, or get someone who actually knows how to train and hire people with decent attitudes and work ethics. Itās a shame and embarrassing.
Also, the onion rings tasted as though they were fried in old grease. Eww⦠Such a waste of a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreKetchup on my double meat Whataburger! Iāve been eating Whataburger for over 20 years, and love the authentic flavor. I moved up north where there isnāt a Whataburger, so when i come down south, itās a favorite treat.
As soon as i bit it, i was pissed. Iām a trucker at the rest area nearby, and had to use DoorDash to deliver, so itās not like i can go and replace the burger. This burger doesnāt come with ketchup. The sauce was suppose to be mustard which gives this burger its unique flavor.
Luckily DoorDash refunded me $5 (this location forgot other items that i paid for), but ketchup on a Whataburger is FOUL. I donāt know if a new person is on the grill, or perhaps the grill person wasnāt paying attention. Either way, they need to be watched. Theyāve probably been adding ketchup on customers Whataburgerās all dayš¤®
Update: Oh! I forgot to mention that they took so long, the first Doordasher gave up. The second dasher was more patient. Iām park med less than 2 miles away, and it took over an hour to...

They didn't know how to redeem my points from the app, they wanted to give me a dark brown looking dr.pepper shake that just looked disgusting. While there the whole staff in back were all arguing and the manager was yelling at them from the counter. Then when we got our food the order was wrong and the fries were like they were just redipped in grease. Was disgusting. I've never seen a place so out of control. This was the worst whataburger...
