So yesterday around 6:05pm me and my husband decided we wanted Dairy Queen,we get to Dairy Queen at 6:10-6:15 order placed by 6:23 as the drive thru had no line we sit at the window wait for food its now 6:26 im trying to get the young man attention to get my card back as the payment went thru he opens the window and say we are still waiting on your food, i said thats fine but can i get my card back he looks at me as if i asked for his card or something then tells me to pull forward by the last red pole he gave me my card and we pulled forward, so we waiting its now 6:45pm still no food has been brought out to us so i decided to go in side to see what the problem was there was two people in the front the young man that took my order and a little girl that was working front counter i waitimed until the young man wasn't busy in drive thru and ask him how much longer well as i am talking to him the little girl say dam its only two of us we doing the best we can i continue looking at the young man because thats who i was talking to so i guess me not giving her the reaction she wanted she Proceeded to say its just a $7 meal and a steak finger basket dam and roll her eyes so now my attention switch over to her i said i dont care if it was a icecream i paid for it and i have the right to know whats going on so she keot saying "like i saod its just a $7 meal dam" so now i feel my attitude changing so i ask for a REFUND so she get on the headset and tell the shift leader i believe her name was either Becca or Rebecca this lady want a refund so the shift leader comes in and ask me what i had ordered and again the little girl says just a $7 meal and a steak finger basket i said yes thats right thats what i oaid for so then the little girl say just stupid i said who are tmyou calling stupid so it went real left so after 5 mins of the non sense the food is ready well the steak finger basket the nurger had been sitting there for about 10mins so i ask the little girl what was her name because she had no name tag she looks at me shrugged her shoulders and say you not getting it so i ask the shift leader hey whats her name she say this not my store i cant give out names i say all this to say CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE KEY IF YOU DONT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL END UP WITH NO CUSTOMER Did i get a refund NO Was my food right no No sunday No cheese...

We wanted some DQ. like we chose DQ over eating 80$ steaks, because we are #DQforLIFE kinda family. And we get there, wait inline for 30minutes. There was only 2 cars there... the people infront of us and us. We get home, the gravy looks like milk with black pepper in, also with consistency of milk. Heated up milk with pepper, that is what we got. The kids meal for my daughter was suppose to be hamburger all the way, she got 2 chicken strips. My burger was just cooked meat. No salt or seasoning on the meat. Also, it was a dry burger. No mayo, no mustard , would not have been bad...if that was how I had ordered it. But it was not the way I wanted it. Although I provided proof of purchase and showed her my receipt where I had already paid for it. Pretty sure after her manager told her over the phone she still had to give me my order she spit in my food.
