Taco Bell — Restaurant in Orange

WORST Taco Bell location I have EVER been to. At approx. 1:05pm on 02/19/2022 the woman working the window argued with me about an order that I had placed online, and had me redirected to the other store located in Orange, TX. I called the other location, and asked them about my online order. They hadn't had it, so I had called my gf to ensure it was placed correctly, and it was. I had to drive back to that Taco Bell, and listen to the woman at the window swear up and down about how they DONT have any online order. I ensured her that the progress on the app shows its being made, and she told me it cant be made, if they don't have it. She was finally corrected by a fellow co worker, about my order, and has me pull through. Didn't ONCE say sorry about anything she said or occurred throughout the transaction. I honestly have never eaten at a worse Taco Bell than this one. The dining room looks great, and the employees were very nice and polite, but the food was some of the worst I’ve had. The spicy potato soft taco was the only thing good. I I received a $7 box that I get at other locations, but this one was the worst. The meat tasted awful, and it all looked soggy at the bottom. I was surprised that it didn’t fall apart. I would recommend the locations in Bridge City, or the other one next to the interstate in town over this one. I honestly lost my appetite after this meal, and I barely ate one bite from each item I ordered, besides the potato soft taco. If I didn’t order that, I would have given zero stars on the...
