I had been coming here regularly but the wait time is beyond ridiculous for sandwiches. I get lunch can be hectic but from a business and customer standpoint if the business cannot support the high volume of dine in and online orders then maybe do not offer online orders (or find a way within the 3rd party online ordering app to turn off orders or put a realistic pickup time matching the actual wait time, I waited half an hour past the posted pick up time putting my total wait for 45 mins for 2 basic sandwiches). I used to work at Starbucks, I understand demand during peak, but Starbucks at least allowed us to turn off mobile orders during peak to catch up and reduce wait time. This business is not set up for the demand they receive during peak with an online option. The place is small with customers clustered and packed in like sardines all waiting to place and pick up orders. The online area interferes with not just the line to place walk in orders but it's awkwardly in front of the soda machine and chip rack. The crowds can get so bad they are standing right up at tables dine in guests are trying to eat at. Outdoor dining is small as well. Parking is atrocious. I'm going to take a long break from this place, hopefully they come up with a solution to ease the dissatisfaction I and several other customers...

First Impression: It's a small shop with limitted parking, long lines and limited sitting places. This tells you one thing.... food must be great for people willingly come here to het their lunch.

Food: They are known for their sandwiches. 3 of them come to mind: Cortana Special (cold cuts), Meatball and Rocky Balboa. Ordering any of them you can't go wrong. Portion sizes are good. The 6" is more than enough to fill you up. But if your feeling extra hungry you can go the route of 10".

Service: You order at the counter then take your number to a table; if you can find one. Lines for the orders goes quick and food comes out at a good pace, especially for lunch rush hour.

Conclusion: Overall they have great sandwiches. Other menu items seems good too per what I have seen. Come early if you want to avoid fighting for parking, long lines and...

Oh my God! I couldn't attach a picture because I couldn't stop eating. We literally ate every bite, crumb and drip of sauce on our plates! We were actually asking each other who was going to eat the last torn piece of bread we split. Nice crowd of people. People dressed nicely with women carrying new Louis Vuitton purses, men were in crisp peacoats and everyone appeared well groomed. It is located in an industrial area which was surprising, but was a cute, cozy place. Be prepared to wait for a seat. Prices are very reasonable and everything tastes soooo good. We had lasanaga and a sandwich. Lasanga melts in your mouth, great sauce, sandwich bread was not too firm, not too soft, it was just right. They had a fancy Italian soda fountain I guess, but we just had water. We'll probably try the soda next time. Definitely coming back and looking forward to...

Update: I changed things up lately. The pastrami sandwich is really delicious-- lean and flavorful. It just might knock Rocky out of the running. Really delicious!!! Go early or late to avoid the noon crush. The Rocky Balboa is my go to. Every time I order it, I am stunned at how unbelievably good it is. Years ago, Cortina's brought an Italian Master Baker to Anaheim to make breads that are crunchy and bubble crusted on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. The Anaheim location has longer hours, serves pizza, and has a little gem of an Italian market where you can buy a refillable bottle of house olive oil!!!
