Dont know were to begin. I live a mile from this location and go there at least three times a week. I order the same thing every time A red burrito extra sauce extra cheese and 2 del tacos no tomatoes. very simple 90% of the time I dont get the extra cheese and suce i ask and PAY for. went last week girl had to ask three times what i wanted as I hear them all playing around and laughing instead of working for there 20.00 A hour I use to pay 5.00 dollars for my meal and now pay 10.00 dollars. I agree they are underpaid but if were going to step up and pay the extra money then grow up and do your job. So i get to the window pay for my food and my wife tells me there is no burrito in the bag. So i park and go in to get the burrito and the girl gives me attitude and checks the bag like im looking for something free. Makes me stand there while she helps the drive thru. finely someon else makes the burrito and makes it wrong they give mee A beef buritto with no cheese. NEXT. I go back that sunday NO one in drive thru and no one inside waited to order over 5 minutes when i said something about being ready the guy yells back I told you I will be with you in A minute which was over 5 minutes ago. Drove out went across the street and got exactly what i ordered and great servic. Will not visit your location anymore will drive across the streat to A profesinally run DEl taco. Read moreI was really looking forward to my meal at Del Taco, especially since I don't eat fast food often, and I have a soft spot for their food. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed.
I pulled up feeling hungry, but when I received my order, I was shocked. The French fries were cold, burnt, and hard—almost inedible. As for the quesadilla, the cheese tasted old or spoiled, and I ended up spitting it out. It’s frustrating to think that I spent my money on food that was not only unsatisfactory but disappointing
Fast food should be consistent, and one of the basics is serving fresh fries. If items have been sitting too long, they shouldn’t be served. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's unacceptable for customers to receive food like this.
While I’m not blaming the franchise as a whole, the choices made by the employee who prepared my order were disappointing. This experience has made me reconsider returning. I cannot recommend employees in establishments that don’t prioritize the quality of their food. 🗣️ If it's old and been sitting there all morning throw it away ‼️ however I would like to add this particular employee was very friendly got my order correct and even told me to have a nice day when I left so her customer service skill dealing with people are excellent I was happy about...
Read moreI ordered a combo surf and turf burrito when I got up to the window and asked where my fries were they say combos don't come with fries I said so a Coke is $4 I go just give me an order of fries that was another 350 for a medium order of fries she said it says it on the sign I said no it doesn't go look. After the attitude she still maintained it's just a Coke and a burrito I said it should say just comes with drink not a combo I live close and I can tell you they get about half the food in the bag 60% of the time and the attitudes are horrible the other reviews on here I don't know how they got lucky I've been going there for 22 years just cuz it's close and generally there's a problem. Of course when I get home there's no receipt to prove any of this and you can never get ahold of corporate.
