If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is incompetent and they always mess up my order, then blame me for their mistakes. I always order an iced chai latte because I medically cannot have coffee. I normally go before work because it’s the closest Dunkin. Multiple times they made my drink with chocolate syrup and caffeine, and I had to go back on my break because I wait for 20+ minutes (for a chai latte and avocado toast) when I ordered, and ended up being late to work which is right next door. Unacceptable. Recently, I went back to tell them they messed up my order again (5 chocolate and 5 glazed munchkins and a chai latte with LIGHT ice). I also cannot have too much ice in my drink because I have very sensitive teeth so I cannot drink things that are too cold or too hot. They gave me 3 chocolate, 3 glazed, and two jelly munchkins. The staff simply is reckless and careless. They do not listen to what you say and always mess up. When it’s time to hold them accountable, they said I should have brought it back and had a receipt. When I got my food and drink, they did NOT give me a receipt, instead they closed the drive thru window and walked away for several minutes before I could even tell them my order was still messed up. At that point, I was late to work again because I was waiting so long and I left. I called to explain my situation, and the manager said I always complain and that I should have gotten a receipt from them. It is ridiculously unprofessional. Read moreThe manager for this location makes for a toxic and uncomfortable environment and this is coming from a customer. Every single time that I’ve gone in for an order, the manager is reprimanding the employees for something. As someone who has worked in customer service, this is NOT how you should speak to your employees. If there’s an area of opportunity, you take them to a private setting, or have a meeting separately, but you do NOT make a whole scene in front of a store full of customers, just to make a point and embarrass your employees. As a customer, she makes the store environment extremely uncomfortable & I literally CRINGE at how she speaks to her subordinates. Someone needs to put a stop to this because the ladies who work here are phenomenal, the coffee is made with love, the bakery is the best & the meals are always made with care, but the manager is horrendous. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to this behavior if I don’t notice a change after my review. Read moreOk I go to this dunkin donuts every day I never have a problem and it I do they fix it with no problem but today i went through drive through and asked the usual 1 cream 4 pumps of caramel I got 4 creams I asked them to change it lady took it then said the guy put 1 cream he just wrote it wrong I opened lid is too light that's wrong I asked to please change it. One second later they hand me another cup that says 1 cream 4 pumps caramel i know for a fact they changed cup only my lid was broken I had broken it to make sure I get new one no they gave me different cup same lid and coffee it still extremely light and no flavor..I'm so disappointed they even went back in forth with me and didnt just make me another coffee cause I repeated myself 3 times through the window 1 cream 4...
