Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Orange

I am very disappointed with this Jack in the box this morning on Monday at that, about 9:10a.m.. I ordered a supreme croissant, nothing what I expected as to what I used to buy for This croissant was smashed the pieces of bacon were all broken up The ham was in there It was smashed up I don't get it, the box it was in look like it had been tumbled around for some time, I couldn't go back cuz I was on my way to work so when I did eat my supreme croissant and got to the middle of the sandwich and there was a hair in my sandwich which really disgusted me and I had to throw everything away so the sandwich was $5.19 and the cashier that took the order at first she did sound kind but when I went to the window she just stood behind the window and I couldn't hear what she was saying as to what my total was I don't know everything just seemed kind of strange anyhow I won't be going to that Jack in the box anymore. Guess at that point I should have realized when there was no one in line and no one inside eating that may have been the red flag. I also ordered some tacos for my lunch but I don't think I'll be...

The parking lot feels safe, if oddly laid out. The proximity of the Urban Campers Town caused me to expect some panhandling. There was none.

I've patronized this fine fast food establishment three times now. I haven't gotten a smile nor a friendly greeting yet. My order was correct and it arrived quickly. The food was freshly-cooked and tasted good.

The dining area has a nice almost-living room feel. It wasn't clean, though. The tables were dirty and my napkin holder was empty. Upon seeing me go to a different table for napkins, the cashier came and filled my napkins. That was nice, but shouldn't it have already been done and the tables wiped down? It was 830am!

Even just one little kind smile or a half-hearted hello would have...

Original review: 2 stars out of 5 Ordered 2 combos of the spicy chicken, loved the food but the trouble is with filling in the order. I specifically said one sandwich with cheese and no tomatoes and one without cheese and no tomates. Honestly the way they're situated next to the freeway without a barrier doesn't help either.

I ordered 6 Piece chicken strips and got 3 eggrolls and yet in the receipt it shows that they placed the order on my receipt.
