I ordered hot wings and some chicken littles in the drive thru and was asked to park in front of the store to wait for my order. You cannot make a left turn out of their parking lot so I turned right and parked in the parking lot immediately nextdoor. I walked over and told them that I just parked right next door because there was excessive traffic on Tustin at that time. The drive-thru cashier said I couldn't park over the which I responded saying well I can't make a left turn out of your parking lot. She responded by saying well you can make a left turn out of that parking lot and make another left turn into our parking lot. As I said there was excessive traffic, so I had to drive all the way to the end of this other parking lot turn left in the traffic and I had to wait at the left turn signal through three lights just a turn left down the street to turn left into their parking lot. I'm sorry but that is doing a little too much. All they had to do was walk out to the car but instead it was easier for them to make me go out in the traffic and spend almost 10 minutes in traffic just trying to go next door into their parking lot. Not to mention when I got home there was hair in one of my chicken littles. I had already had a bad experience at this restaurant with hair being in my food. I will never be returning to this...

The staff was incompetent, 0asking too many questions and made us repeat things, the person who called back was argumentative right off the bat and rude! Offered no sympathy and wasn't listening at all! The food tasted so bad and had a gross after taste 𤢠and they didn't get one of our drinks right!
I don't like going in on businesses this hard but this KFC, franchise or not needs to be looked at closely and I am not done with them! I will be contacting the Health Department on Monday.
