Stingy service really cheap atmosphere.
I've visited this location twice now, and I must say, my experiences have left me rather disappointed. Reading the reviews online, I had hoped my encounters were isolated incidents, but it appears I'm not the only one facing issues here.
My first visit was marked by a frustrating phone order. The girl on the other end seemed reluctant to take my order without immediate payment, even though I assured her I was just five minutes away from the store and would pay upon arrival. Despite this, she insisted I pay online before they would even begin preparing my food. This unnecessary hassle left me irritated, but I chalked it up to a one-time inconvenience.
The second visit, however, was just as problematic. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. A fellow customer had already complained about receiving a different bread than advertised for his breakfast sandwich. Seeing this, I decided to change my order as well. What followed was an absurd ordeal, where they had to call the manager on the phone just to swap the bread to a regular croissant. This incident made me question the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction.
While the food itself is good, the constant battles one has to fight just to get what they paid for make the overall experience less than enjoyable. If you're willing to go through the hassle and assert yourself to ensure you receive what you ordered, this might be the place for you. However, if you prefer a hassle-free dining experience, I strongly advise against visiting this location.
It's unfortunate for me that this place is the closest to my house. Given the option, I'd much rather patronize establishments like the one in Magnolia and ball rd They offer not only great food but also excellent service, without customers having to jump...
Read moreI went in on March 4th and my order was $30.80 this the lady overcharged me $308 on my card And she never told me anything about it She just told me to sign a paper and I Realized that she had over charge me and all she sai i did the refund back but She never asked me do you want the money back in the card or do you want a cash what if i needed that money like i got kid to feed She just did the refund herself and to top it off she only send me $270 back and the right amount is $277.20 so I told her and I made the math in from of her so she end up Realizing that it was wrong so she did the refund back AGAIN on the $7.20 that was missing. so after 6 days That I noticed the refund wasn't back in my account I went back and asked that I wanted to talk to manager and another employee talk to me saying it takes 3 to 10 business day for the refund to get into my account so she told me to wait until 10 days and if i still didn't get the refund to go back and that they would let me talk to a MANAGER I went back today I asked to speak to the manager so The same lady that over charge me came out and said she called her bank called and that they had already send back refunds and she couldn't give me back the money cash but I WAS NEVER ABLE TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER So people please be careful cause they overcharge...
Read moreI love Lee's but when you eat here you have to keep in mind that Lee's is franchised and not all locations hold their employees to the same standards and quality of food. I went to this location for breakfast cause I felt like a nice BBQ pork banh mi sandwich. When I opened it up to enjoy my food the bread was stiff as a rock. I thought to myself. oh great! I was one of the first customers of the day. They gave me yesterday's bread. I was really bummed cause I thought I would get a nice fresh baguette since I was there when they opened. Unfortunately this location is a no go. They cut corners and try to pinch every penny they can to make a profit when they should just be doing their job as a business. Make quality food for the people of the world. Not give people old food and charge them full price. They could have gave me half off and been honest with me and told me the baguette was from yesterday. I won't be returning to this location and I suggest others not to as well, unless you enjoy wasting money on poor quality food. Which I am sure plenty of you out there are totally fine with and do it daily. I will enjoy Lee's sandwiches at another location where they take pride in the quality of their food...
