McDonald's — Restaurant in Orange

I took a Friend to get her three hungry children food to eat from Mcdonald s drive through at round 930pm. We were the 4th vehicle in the line to the window. Get to the 1st window of collection s and No One was there to Collect. I knew to then wait to pay at window 2. After 25 minute s of waiting got to the 2nd window and No One knew what was happening to mix the orders up. I asked what was going on and the girl attending the window said that the girl responsible for the back drive kept moving out of place coming up to front drive mixing orders of of order that had things quite confussed. I saw that the order that We were wanting was taken by display on menu board. Then I asked what was the Manager doing to keep the girl in place in back drive or on her assigned position. She replied that she did not know. While passing the first window I saw the manager in the office counting a til down a not keeping up with the staff in what was or was not going on to help business. Our order was at the 2nd window waiting for collection. The window attendant found the matching order on front drive through screen, We gave a card to pay, got all drinks, items included,and receipt. After nearly 40 minutes tops in line there told Me the impression that the Owners in Houston are Not Restructuring their Business in today's market. This make Me pass up this location cause, they are allowed to get away with lots of service issues "Now Days" Just hold on to what Moneys that the location do get...

Today was not good I go to McDonald everyday morning bacon egg cheese MC griddle hash brown meal substitute drink for caramel latae.. today the girl put chocolate.it was just mistakes and I am not user but she needed to remake my drink and I mention that but she just took the chocolate and whipped off and then put Carmel and whipped cream on and the lid wasn't on and it spilled all over me.... I didn't go back in because I time I visit ever morning to be to work on time... Buy it ended up being my worst experience and really caused my morning to start horrible I put my 1/2 drink on my station at work until I could clean it off instead the Carmel was leaking= down the side and 5he cup slipped off my station and on to a customer my job therefore now my boss is very mad at me now.. my point is i go there every Tue through sat 8.85$ I didn't get my drink and I'm sticky now for the rest of the day... All she had to do was remake my drink Iprealize the lids are not always stable but my day could have started...

This McDonalds never ever gets my order right. Tonight I waited damn near an hour just to get 4 cold mcdoubles and 2 large under cooked fries. I requested no salt on my fries and still got salty fries. Returned them only to be pulled up to the front to wait. I waited. The entire line cleared out and I still didn't have my fries. I had to get out of my car and luckily the side door was still unlocked so I could go inside and get my fries. By then my burgers were cold. When I got my fries they were under cooked. Didn't realize it until I got home. Sad that I had to reheat my fries in grease at home as well as warm my burgers. This place sucks. I didnt even see a manager, or an asst. Mgr, or even a shift leader on the floor. Where was the person in charge? They need to be on the floor paying attention to their employees. This is sad. I will be calling in...
