Most Starbucks tend to all do well when it comes to maintaining the same taste of their coffees across all stores and this one isn't very different. My coffee was not bad but the experience is where things can always be different and my experience there today wasn't great. I walk in and notice people working hard and fast but no one acknowledges any clients. There are a ton of made drinks lined up where mobile order clients, like myself, can't reach, but since they are all working hard and fast most of us decide to be respectful and wait until we are acknowledged. I waited a few minutes and nothing and when someone came in and went straight to one of the workers and said HEY! I have a mobile order for "her name" and the person she talked too didn't even look up just told the person behind her to help and then the line of about 8 of us we finally helped and got our drinks. In retrospect I should have been more assertive and asked for my drink but I hate that as a client I have to do that. Read moreI'm so disappointed! First of all; the parking sucks! Could you believe that another customer cut me & stole the parking that I was waiting for with my blinkers on! Secondly, the barista has no sense of customer service! So sad! I ordered a grande quad espresso frappe. I watched the barista make it & saw that she ended up dumping half of my drink down the drain because she couldn't get it done right in the blender! Sadly, I dont even taste any espresso in my $8 drink!!! I'm a coffee girl & I always pay good money for my customized cup of coffee; to make it just the way I like it! Unfortunately, I didn't get what I paid for today! Not every Starbucks are made the same! I asked the baristas to add some espresso back into my drink & they were both "SORRY" that they can't add espresso or redo it period! Main Street Orange, CA which is in contrast to others I've gone too.I went here 4-5 times recently and 4 of those times, they did not have dark roast?!? The last time I was in, I asked for the same.."no," she says flatly, 'there's no coffee." No coffee or no dark roast, again??...She says "no coffee"...kidding right??! Not only do they NEVER have dark roast for the coffee connoisseurs, but now they don't have coffee. It was recommended to me, that I should purchase an Americano, that's expresso diluted in water as the coffee maker isn't working....er excuse me, is the barista telling me the Starbucks coffee house does not have coffee now AND never has dark roast BUT does this with a look as if I said something stupid. STARBUCKS CORPORATE replace the machine at this location and always have dark roast. Don't supply for some peeps and not others, it's shameful. Any other location is incomparable.
