Oh my God, I donât know where to start!! Iâll go off base how I went up to the cashier showing her a screenshot of a TikTok that I had thought the drink would be appealing and a big pick me up for the start of my day. I wasnât sure what I was ordering, so it was a huge âshe doesnât even go hereâ moment and obviously I donât go to Starbucks often đ. I normally make my coffee at home. As in I go to sprouts, pick up a cold brew and a creamer, BOOM thats it. Pretty simple. OR once in a while at my community college theres a small mom and pop shop around the corner to grab an iced coffee. This was different. This was something that I needed quickly and on the spot. I was at my bank, there was Starbucks, so I went for it! Cashier was so sweet, she was amazing with me! She did help me! I shared with her the screenshots off TikTok, but I think I didnât know what I was looking forward to when I saw the coffee made and I hesitated for a moment when I receive my coffee. Then I spoke up, however I was anxious and worrying, because I wasnât so sure if I can talk about how I didnât like my coffee lol if that makes sense to anybody out there? Anyways, these two girls were so sweet!!! One of them immediately jumped in and asked me how I like my coffee. When I explained in the best description as possible she immediately started making my coffee. I had told her I would definitely like to pay off the difference because it was pretty busy, and she took the time to make a new drink for me!! Her coworker was also so kind as well to hear me out and announce that everything would be fine. That itâs not a big deal. This gave me a whole new perspective over how theyâre so used to the rush fast pace, so I give them kudos for their job positions that theyâre in. Our baristas due deserve that recognition! Especially with how busy it was that morning. I hope with the time stamp that I share on this and the date Iâm really hoping that the store manager will see and announce and ask who was working on this day, Monday 18 at 9:09AM and if it helps for my description, I was wearing a long sleeve blue corridor, an Aries crop top with the graphic print saying âSnaaaacksâ and an Aries blue leggings, ans a knock off of Birkenstock sandals lol those girlies were completely amazing!! All three of them!! The cashier who was genuinely helping me out which I didnât even know what I was asking for. The same goes for the last two ladies that were so kind to take their time to make my coffee, while being busy, having to make other guests drinks! I felt so out of place and I also felt slightly pressured, but I hope I wasnât pressuring them! They were both so reassuring to me and what they offered me was so good. It might be basic to some, but to me itâs a huge thank you for taking the time out of your busy moment to make something for me! I am so happy with how it turned out. I do recommend this place for their customer service. That was huge, because normally I just take my drink and go home with my tail between my legs.    Read moreI purchased $26 ish food and drinks yesterday(3/25/2023) at this Starbucks and had a really horrible experience. The staff were so mean and rude. Since the cashier was not familiar with the credit card machine , he did not immediately let me know my card didn't go through as I removed my card too quickly. It was just a minor issue , all they had to do was that telling me what happened politely. However...While I stayed in the waiting area waiting for my drinks , another staff just shouted my name so loudly and yelled "the transaction did not go through!!" While I heard it , well..everyone there heard it as well , I felt severely disrespected . The way they treated me makes it seem like I can't even afford a $26 drinks and food but the reality is that I make a six-figure salary . The management should take some time to investigate who were the individuals working at this store yesterday and then take disciplinary action against them for their disrespectful and rude behavior towards customers. I'll also reach out to the Starbucks complaint department regarding this . I really don't want any other customers to go through what I experienced - being treated so disrespectfully for no reason on what should have been a lovely weekend and end up got...
   Read moreI frequent this store because I am a glutton for punishment. The workers here seem to be doing their best but this store has a management problem. Itâs usually not very clean, homeless people in the restrooms all the time and a general feeling of apathy every time I go to this specific location. Every time I buy espresso at this store, I always leave telling myself that Iâm never coming back. Because of its location I purchase espresso at least 3 times a week from this exact store and I am seriously considering never going to this particular starbucks again. There is always a bottleneck. Either at the register or making drinks. Iâve watched a manager pull a drink maker from the drink making area when there were only 2 workers, a line of 5 at the register and a line of another 5 waiting for drinks...to restock the cold case, that was pretty full.
