Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Oregon City

My family of three plus our dog come here routinely. There have never been better staff at this location than there are today in August of 2025. We are always greeted warmly, and any drama going on with other customers is always diffused and handled quickly with professionalism. We're so grateful to see this location remaining here, as we've been avid customers of this specific location since 2023. I've never had a poor experience with any staff. The staff team has always been incredibly knowledgeable about what is in their drinks and what might help things taste good to you if you're trying something new. I've never seen an eyeroll or even a slight huff at the modifications or complexity of our orders. I'm autistic and I'm pretty particular about what I eat and drink, so that's saying something. I've never disliked a drink I got here. The staff seem to remember my dog is still learning how to hold his stomach contents in the car and do not ask us if we would like a pup cup for our dog, which I personally highly appreciate - it's hard to say no when you want to see your beloved companion perk up! I've long since drank my Fizz, but I'll throw a picture of my dog with some merch we got from this location on here for the crew's puppy tax ;) take care out there and please stay cool!

(Side Note: Please make sure your staff that are working to take orders outside the kitchen are protected from the sun on high UV index days! We all love our coffees, but those coffees only happen when the staff are at...

Dear Review Seekers, Ah, Dutch Bros, where do I even begin? As someone who is always on the go and needs their coffee fix, Dutch Bros has become my go-to spot. I can confidently say that this is one of the best coffee shops in town, if not the entire region.

First of all, the drinks are fantastic. Whether you prefer hot or cold coffee, tea, or something else entirely, there is a drink for everyone. The menu is extensive and diverse, with fun and creative names that will put a smile on your face. And, the best part? Every drink I've tried has been consistently delicious, no matter which location I visit.

But it's not just the drinks that make Dutch Bros stand out. The customer service is top-notch. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They genuinely care about their customers and create a positive and upbeat environment.

And let's not forget about the atmosphere. The stores have a unique and fun vibe, with bright colors and upbeat music that instantly put you in a good mood. Whether you're stopping by for a quick drink on your way to work or meeting up with friends for a chat, the atmosphere at Dutch Bros is always enjoyable.

The customer service is always excellent here. Dutch Brothers everywhere seem to have friendly customer service, cool stickers at least once a month and of course some sort of crazy driveway situation in order to get to the Barista window... it's just part of the fun. This location is extra friendly and really on top of the drive-thru keeping the line moving.

Once upon a time I consumed at least two and sometimes six cans of Nos Energy drink per day. Now almost 5 years since my last energy drink and I am grateful to the manager at a different Dutch Brothers location who helped to create my concoction of coffee, chocolate and ice that can be difficult to order and easy to make incorrectly... If you're not a coffee person you may enjoy other drink options available such as the many flavors of lemonade, Italian sodas of course cocoa and chocolate milk. If you're a little hungry muffin tops are available and quite tasty. This Dutch Brothers location deserves more than five stars I cannot recommend this...
