I’ve never left a review before but this place deserved some time for one. This location might be the most poorly managed/ran fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too. Went there a couple weeks ago to get two Crunch wraps and thought it’d be faster to get it for take out since the drive through line was so long. Inside, there were about 15 people all waiting for their food, staff completely clueless as to what was going on with orders ans yelling at each other because everyone in the back who was making food was in their own world. I watched 1 staff member lose it, and walk out of his shift (didn’t blame him). It took me 55 minutes to get my food (yes I should have just left after 15 min so that’s on me) and when I got it, the order was wrong. I handed it right back telling them it was incorrect and they proceeded to argue with me and with one another over the fact of whether it was made incorrectly or not. Finally they remade it (which took another 15 minutes) and when I got to the car I realized they made it incorrectly again! It took a 3rd attempt to get this order correct and a modest HOUR AND 20 MINUTES to get two crunchwraps made correctly. I was extremely irritated and should have just walked out like the employee did and cut my losses, but everyone has bad days so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were very busy and mistakes happen.
Fast forward to today, my wife who is a vegetarian and goes in to order and black bean Crunchwrap (their vegetarian option). She gets home, takes a bite out of it and it’s full of meat. I called them to ask them what comes in the black bean Crunchwrap (a rhetorical question) then told them what happened. I got no, “I’m sorry” or anything of the sort, just “you can drive back and we’ll make it again” which is very reassuring to hear especially off our last experience there.

Read moreLast night I had my husband stop by on the way home from work. He worked a late shift, and we had been blissfully unaware that the shop was closing up for the night. The manager on duty was incredibly kind about it and generous enough to give us a few free taco coupons and two drinks for free for the inconvenience. We honestly weren't even too bothered by it, having both worked food service before, and my husband was prepared to let them close up without any hassle. Wish he had asked for the dude's name, but whoever you were, thank you so much, man. From what I heard over the phone last night, you take care of your employees, too, making sure to get them out the door for closing when they're exhausted and ready to get home. Hope you made it home quickly yourself, manager dude.
Today, we ordered a few of the online exclusive Build Your Own Luxe Box today for lunch. I don't know what some of these past reviews are talking about, but we received fantastic food. It was delicious and made exactly as ordered through their app. I don't normally like Taco Bell, but I think I'll be requesting more taco stops in the future. Read moreHas a new kiosk setup. You can't order unless you use it. they had two, one was out of order. You can't look at the menu on the wall you have to go Page by Page and know beforehand what you want. I had to go through 12 pages just to order a meal. After waiting for 10 minutes to even use the machine. Total my meal took 35 minutes to get to me. I asked to see the manager who hid in the office and refused to come out, even though two separate employees went to tell them I needed to talk. May I suggest you get a job you can actually do. There were doordash people there ahead of me and one was still there after I left. That's even worse than treating me poorly. They're trying to make a living. The food was a mess ,poorly put together even though there were nine people in the kitchen standing around laughing and joking and not doing much of anything. There was one employee however that offered to help me even though he was at lunch. I wish I'd caught his name. He saw what was happening, and treated me like a customer. Good job you should be managing. Finally if all Taco bells go to this kiosk system I will never set foot in another one.
