I was walking around with my mouth open in awe of all the stuff to look at and this thought came to mind "I have to treat it like Disneyland. It's gonna take more than one trip to see everything so I guess I'll be going back!
December 8, 2021 Decided to explore this theme park once again. Hobby Lobby is kinda set up like Disney's different lands, Fantasyland, Adventureland, Frontierland, Tomorrowland, you get the picture! Each department has it's own little display world, that draws you to fun and different items you may never see if it was hiding in plain site on a boring shelf. Again, I only explored a portion of the store, yet walked out with a variety of things, happy to have spent my money. And thinking about my next visit. I feel that next time I should have a purposeful plan. Me wondering the aisles willy-nilly is like going grocery shopping hungry and without a list. Not the best idea, if you know what I mean 😝. Fortunately both JoAnn and Michaels are not far away! And the wait at their registers is far shorter. Disappointed in...

Also of note, (Oregon City) Hobby Lobby has plenty of employees throughout the store to answer questions, give directions and offer suggestions. They are all friendly and knowledgeable.
Finally, I always lose track of time there, because it's tough to leave the store without checking out every aisle! Lots of terrific prices (unlike some stores that double their prices, then offer 50% off) and creative projects. I'm currently working on my first "copper engraving" picture of a mommy tiger and two cubs. I paid only $4.49 and it's...
