If you want a good energy drink that actually tastes good don't go here go to Dutch Bros also overcharged ridiculously for Italian sodas and then it comes in a 8 oz kids cup when you order it online Uber didn't say the size (on them) I'm pretty sure Dutch sodas are even cheaper and then on top of that bigger( by 4oz if small ) (2oz if kids drink ) also had to edit the review cuz more and more I drank the drink the more it tasted like seltzer with a splash of flavor 🤢 and might be because I got half sweet but I always do that at Dutch Bros and it's never failed me cuz there rebel energy drink actually has a good strong flavor unlike whatever black rock is using Im honestly not sure if it's just this location that can't make drinks that's kind of what I'm getting from the reviews I've never been to another Black Rock and probably...

I have gone here countless of times but I just experienced the rudest girl. After trying to order my usual the girl said I was and quote”finessing” her. One of the baristas from another store tried to save me money once! But this girl just tried to accuse me of ripping them off? For how I ordered! I would never do that. I always ordered and paid extra but this ONE time I took a baristas tip to order it differently. The girl said “well this isn’t Starbucks” I have been buying coffee for years and have never been treated this way. I respect all establishments and can’t believe the way she talked to me. If you would like coffee in a timely fashion, you’d be better off going somewhere else. I don’t expect Black Rock to funnel people through at a blazing rate, but on the contrary, I do expect that it won’t take 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get two drinks. As a former coffee shop manager, I understand that means the shop owner is losing money if the barista is talking to customers for that long. There is customer service, and then there is inefficiency. I don’t want to give one star because I love their coffee. This shop needs some training...
