The first time in awhile I went back after their horrible reputation and was pleasantly surprised by the good and I wasn't bothered by having my service dog. Great experience. However! The second time I went there thinking everything was okay with my service dog was treated so rudely by the bartender that she screamed across the bar saying that there are no dogs allowed. I'm thinking to myself, shes not aware this a service dog. We hadn't even gotten to a table before she chased us down and told us that dogs weren't allowed and we explained that she was a service dog and she was clearly marked as one. She didnt ask the questions yo verify nothing!! She said we had to leave per the owner. I told her this establishment could get fined for discriminating against someone with a disability! Yes!! Kicked us out!! We hadn't even gotten to a table.. Horrible bartender, horrible establishment for having an employee that works there and an owner that is okay with discrimination!! I asked her for her name and ignored me.. I filed to civil rights department regarding this.
The bartender that did allow my service dog, we had a wonderful experience. The one who didnt, is...
Read moreTerrible bar, don't waste your time here. Me and my girlfriend went to this bar to celebrate her 21st birthday. Having never drank, off of 2 drinks she decided to play with a ball from the pool table. Responsible person I am, I confiscated the ball and put it in my pocket to return(she insisted that she wanted to play with the ball, so I had to hide it.) Rather than listening to my explanation, the pregnant bartender threatened to call the police for theft, and stole my drink. I explained the situation and she did not care, perhaps it's because she was drinking at work. Drinks were terrible, and upon arrival, before anything happened, the customer service was despondent and disinterested in our business. I also left a 5 dollar tip on the first two drinks we had. 10/10 if you want to feel guilty for having just a...
Read moreWent into Dr. Feelgoods this afternoon on a whim with my friend. When we walked in we were happy to see the great decor, huge windows and smiling patrons having a great time. Starving from a day of thrift shopping and other good deeds, we decided to order some food. I asked Mark, the chef, to make a single patty burger of his choice and boy was it tasty!! He has a knack for burgers, this rumor is true people!! Not only that, My Gal Friday ordered the ten ounce steak, asked for Med temp and it actually came out medium! Each bite was as great as the first. Sue our fantastic Bartendress was excellent at suggesting items as well as letting us know they serve Breakfast on Sundays starting at eight. I am thankful for our little whim trip to Dr. Feelgoods Bar and cannot wait to try...
