If I could give them negative stars I would. The employees were undertrained(most likely due to poor management), rude, and when we finally got the manager on the phone she laughed at us and told us to call corporate (guys, I ended up calling a manager at a different store because they have no corporate number, so basically the manager was giving us a big middle finger). So here is what happened, we ordered through the app, headed by to pick it up (at this store) the employees werenāt paying attention and didnāt make it, we didnāt want to wait so requested our money back to which we were told the app and the store are separate so they canāt refund our money. Long story short, I didnāt want the product due to poor customer service and they refused to give us our money back. We finally got the manager on the phone and were trying to explain things. To which she was rude, told us she was with family (so she pretty much didnāt care was the implied context) and then proceeded to laugh at my husband. I walk in and I am watching the male employee make food. He picks up the Chobani yogurt and sees itās not enough and throws it in the trash (which I can see the bin) Then he is going around looking for more yogurts. Since he canāt seem to find it, he goes back in the trash and pulls out the yogurt from the trash and then SETS IT IN OPEN AREA WHERE THEY SCOOP THE FRUIT FOR THE SMOOTHIES. So the container is set on fruit or right next to it. The worst part, he picked it up and thatās when I noticed he was trying to use that for MY yogurt bowl. I stopped him and said NOOO! The female cashier asked what happened and let her know she told him if something is in the garbage to not take it out and use it and put it back in the clean areas. She did help him find a new container and I watched him make my bowl. But they did not clean affected potential areas or did really nothing else. Thatās food safety concerns. This is stuff I can visibly see.

I walked in the store, there was a customer in front of me telling the cashier she was picking up an order. It wasn't ready yet so she waited. I ordered a smoothie and a wrap then another customer behind me ordered. I got my smoothie first, then the customer who ordered after me got her order and left. Another customer walked in and ordered two juices and a wrap. She got her order and was leaving! Now I was upset! I politely told the staff that I am waiting on a wrap. Remember the first customer that was there before me? She WAS STILL waiting!! Fortunately, the manager had walked in and helped her. I finally got my wrap and I left. As I was driving back to work my smoothie of course was very watery, didn't taste so good and I didn't get hot sauce with my wrap which I had told the cashier I wanted. Come...
