Bottoms Up Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Oregon

I had just moved up here to salem when I visited this place. I didn’t realize how early things closed here in comparison to Los Angeles. I went on a quest to find food at about 11pm, and found that they had a kitchen and were still open. The bartenders were super friendly, and the crowd was also friendly. We called ahead of time to see if they were going to have the Civil War game on the tv. They said yes. We get there, the tv's are off, the bar tender is outside smoking, and on his phone. We waited ten minutes, and still no service. So, we left. Horrible, horrible customer service! He was even told we were there by a regular.. he said two minutes!
