Thinking about ordering food and disappointed we can't trust and feel comfortable getting Marco's...

Received a no-reply email from Marco's without an accessible form to fill out as a representative requested we fill out a form that didn't exist.

This is about the Woodville Road Location.

They were good for a while and things turned out horribly later, including getting sick eating from here.

See other online reviews (yelp) this has happened with others.

We would like to be able to eat here again but cannot. Some things happened with them we never could have imagined.

One time I came home and took a picture of myself with my coupon to feel better. Did so again. They bring them every time and we get them in the mail constantly.

Make sure you take your coupon inside, even if you use it as an online code. I was made to feel like a substandard individual and wondered by the way I had been spoken to if the food was safe. I felt horrible and hadn't been asked any time before and they would send coupons every week.

After the bad experience above we tried a delivery, it seemed they were prepared to ruin our night.

They had us give subs that they made wrong back to them, I would not trust them at all and they did nothing but made us wait longer and sent replacements.

They said they needed proof they gave us the wrong subs, I showed him them and he said the manager said that wasn't enough.... That can make one wonder if seeing the "proof" wasn't enough. Spoke to the manager on the phone respectfully and she seemed rude - not very understanding and did nothing to ease the stress of the experiences.

I didn't eat barely anything til my stomach calmed down from the stress.

This is all recorded multiple ways as well with surveillance tools from home and clearly begun in the store when the very poor interaction started by an employee with whom I was perfectly nice with the entire time and he was not, I was railroaded. If anyone wants proof, no other interactions felt necessary to keep but we do also have dash cams.

I was going to call corporate but just gave up on them. I don't like driving by or seeing the coupons in our mail or the cars out with the signs. It's sad.

Had my pizza and cheesy bread delivered. I ordered extra ranch and mariners and paid 20% tip, I didn’t receive my ranch or marinera. I called to just complain so they were aware. The guy who answered said hello then nothing… then hello and I explained what happened and he said “sorry it’s just the ranch and marinera there is. It hung we can do.” I said I h sweat and that I wanted to make you all aware and I could easily just drive up to get them. He said “we were so busy today sorry” then hung up on me. Very rude. Delivery took well over an hour when quoted 25-30 min delivery time I had tried to call to see what was going on and the man in the phone was very rude and hung up on me when I received my pizza order wasn’t correct and my pizza was cold and could obviously see it was sitting for a while so I called back and when I told him what was wrong he read back my order the way I ordered the pizza was correct but the pizza was not made that way and the guy told me all he could do was make me a new pizza and make me wait for it to be delivered again and when I told him I didn’t want the pizza I just wanted a refund he told me he wasn’t able to do that will not...
