Pizzicato Pizza Cornell — Restaurant in Oregon

Been to this place for a quick bite. Small and cozy place for dine in or take out. They had 6 options. I took 2 veggie options one was with artichoke other was with cherry tomatoes. Don't remember the names. The order was given pretty quick. The presentation was too good. Taste wise I loved the cherry tomatoes one. It was crisp , taste balanced, cheese on top made it over all a good slice. The artichoke slice was a bit salty for me but my husband loved it. Will be coming back here everytime we have a car wash near that place. The slice cost around 4.25 or so. A must visit for fresh ingredients and crisp slice pizza. The veggie options are good to go... the have drinks as well at the place if u want to combine it...

So on a night that I'm home alone with the kiddos, and can't leave the house. I attempt to order a pizza for dinner from the same place that we have ordered pizza from numerous times and have had it delivered....and guess what the manager said they are too busy to deliver tonight to our address. We are to far away at a whopping 4 miles and a 9 minute drive. The guy on the phone was very nice and I could hear that he was sincerely sorry and was not making the decision about delivery. We wont be calling Pizzacato for pizza again. It made me really sad that an option for dinner on a night that I could not leave the house that we had used before suddenly was to busy for...

The pizza was OK. The service was terrible. I was served a veggie slice of pizza when I ordered 2 and not one. I informed them I had ordered two. Instead they take my plate and serve it to another patron. Then they repeat the same mistake and again serve my slice to another patron who came after me.

So I dont get served and people who come after me get served..... ok?

Then I am given a slice again for a THIRD TIME and this time I stop them from taking my plate. The guy says sorry.

The cashier later came up to me and apologized and said my second slice was being prepped..I told them to have it packed to go.

Not one person offered anything for the screw ups and...
