Starbucks — Restaurant in Oregon

Went there because my usual starbucks the one in Lancaster with drive thru is currently under renovations. I was seriously craving a pumpkin spice latte so I went in, 15 or 20 min waiting for my order to be taken! I asked the young man if they could take my order he said “oh I have 3 drinks to make” he was not alone, and besides I know taking an order is important I wouldn’t mind to wait for my drink being made but to wait that much? I waited because I’m in the customer service as well and I understand how stressing and busy one can get...

Employee at register said they couldn't take take my reward points, even though there was a large sign on the counter saying they could be accepted there. The barista (only other employee there) making my drink was clearly new and was struggling with the little guidance provided by the employee at the register. When there were no customers waiting to place an order, instead of helping make drinks, the register employee was messing with food items no one had ordered. I waited 15 minutes for my drink when there were only two customers...

I ordered a drink and it was made wrong. I asked several times for it to be fixed and was told that they had made it the way they were supposed to and they were not going to change it. I went ultimately to the Starbucks across the parking lot where I found an incredible atmosphere.
