I dont usually write reviews but seeing as this is the second time I've had a rather bad experience at this location, I feel I have to say something. The first bad experience I had was around rush hour to pick up dinner for the family. We pulled up to the drive thru and waited until we were asked to place our order, however after saying about 3 items, the cashier abruptly interrupted us, telling us our total, and to proceed to the first window. Thinking that she may have heard us incorrectly we responded telling her that we hadn't finished our order however she, once again, rudely interrrupted us by telling us to pull forward, not even hearing a word that we said. The simple exchange of trying to place an order turned into a nightmare as this continued on for another two minutes with the cashier nearly yelling at us. This was easily the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food joint. My second negative experience occurred tonight. Having the late night muchies I decided I would go get me a hot and spicy mcchicken. Ordering my food proceeded fine and there was only a breif wait at the window. All-in-all not too bad, however when I returned home and took out my food, to my dismay, half of my sandwhich was completely unwrapped. They literally crumpled the wrapping paper around half of the sandwhich and shoved it in the bag. There is no crease lines from any attempt to fold or any indication that my food was handled properly. Now as I type this review, I am too apprehensive to eat to sandwhich and regret ever going to this location. I also want to make another complaint that this location is supposed to be open 24/7 but I regularly find the lights off as early as 10:30 p.m. we even called one day to see what was happening and the employee told us that they had already closed. If they do close earlier they should update their hours on Google but I have a feeling from my previous experiences that they the employees intentionally turn the lights off earlier to avoid...
Read moreI feel bad leaving a one-star review for McDonald's. It's kind of like kicking someone when they're down. Unfortunately, the one star is probably more than our visit deserved. Only stopped by because it was our daughter's birthday and she was hoping to get a Ty "Beanie Boo" during their Happy Meal promotion. We confirmed that they had them and proceeded to order two Happy Meals. We were given different toys. We asked if they could exchange them for the Beanie Boos and they said they were all out.
On top of that bait-and-switch, there were about a half dozen other things wrong with our order, including items on the receipt that were added without us ordering them (but then not given to us in the order so we didn't realize it until we were almost out of the parking lot). My wife and I turned to each other and asked if we should go get a refund and forget the whole thing. We've never done that before with a fast food purchase, but after tallying all of the problems, we finally decided it couldn't be helped. We parked and returned our entire order, pointing out everything that had gone wrong so the manager was aware.
Here's hoping that they're able to turn this ship around. Again, it's with a bit of regret that I post this, but perhaps it will encourage the powers that be to find ways to bring their offering up to speed with their...

I had to take a moment to recognize the absolutely outstanding service we received at McDonald’s on Saturday, June 1st, 2025, around 8:00 PM. My husband and children were tired, hungry, and just expecting a quick bite—but instead, we were met with Diego, who turned a simple visit into a truly heartwarming experience.
From the moment we walked in, Diego greeted us with an incredibly warm smile and a genuine sense of hospitality. He treated us with such kindness and respect, patiently helping us with our order and even suggesting a few items the kids might enjoy (which they loved, by the way!). He made sure everything came out just right and even followed up with us at the table to see if we needed anything else—napkins, condiments, or just a friendly check-in.
It’s rare to come across someone in fast food who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about the people they serve. Diego didn’t just give us great service—he gave us a moment of joy, and that meant the world to our family that evening.
McDonald’s, please recognize Diego! Employees like him are what keep people coming back—not just for the food, but for the experience. Diego, thank you for going above and beyond. You made our day!
We’ll definitely be returning to this location—and we’ll be...
