Showed up at the drive-thru at 8:34pm and I am greeted by “just to let you know our Teri chicken is on the grill and will be an 8 minute wait.” I did want Teri chicken but was in a bit of a rush so I went Teri steak and Katsu chicken. I show up at the pay window and they tell me Katsu chicken will actually be 5 minutes too. No option but to wait for chicken so I said I can wait 5 minutes. They ask me to pull up behind a car in front of me waiting for Teri Chicken, so I do. 5 minutes pass and the car in front of me takes off and I’m still waiting for Katsu chicken. It’s now 8:50 and I’m still waiting after waiting 15 minutes. I decide to go inside and ask where my food is; the person at the drive thru says “oh” grabs a bag in the table in front of him and hands it to me….doesnt say anything else just goes back to drive thru in the back. Horrible. I run a chicken finger place too and I’d write up people for service like this. I would go to another Mo Bettahs but sadly this is the closest one to me. Hate coming here, but sadly love the food...
Read moreIf you’re craving legit Hawaiian food, Mo’ Bettahs delivers big time. I stopped by and had a classic plate with rice, mac salad, and teriyaki chicken, and let me tell you—it hit the spot.
The chicken teriyaki was grilled to perfection, with that charred, smoky flavor on the outside and juicy tenderness inside. The teriyaki sauce was just the right balance of sweet and savory, soaking into the rice and making every bite better than the last.
Speaking of the rice, it was fluffy and cooked just right—simple, but the perfect base for all that flavorful chicken. And then there’s the mac salad—creamy, slightly tangy, and the ultimate comfort food. It tied everything together, just like a true Hawaiian plate should.
Mo’ Bettahs knows how to serve up authentic, feel-good island food, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. If you want a taste of Hawaii without hopping on a plane, this is the place to go.

Read moreMo' Bettahs, I love you guys! I love your food and have NEVER had issues with your food or service. However, my mother did. I talked you all up to my family and convinced them Mo Bettahs was the best for your buck. I got my family to agree until my parents thought to try you out before spending $2-400 for our family reunion. The sad thing is that you are losing out on a catering gig for my family reunion because you served burnt chicken. Just look at the picture of that chicken; it’s black as coal and was hard as a rock! Now I have worked in kitchens, and I know a small amount of charring you cannot help when cooking on flames, but this piece was an obvious no-no. Because your Orem team did not quality check before sending this food out your window, you will not be getting our family reunion gig. Guys, please get it together because I love your food and want to get others to like it, but this type of thing...
