I have been a Papa Murphys Loving Mom for as long as they have been in Ut County, until a few years ago. For years the standard was high, the toppings just right, and a fair price with a loyalty stamp card. They also put a coupon on top of each Pizza, for your next order. I am not cheap, but I appreciate value for money spent. Then the coupons were changed & not for the better. They did away with the loyalty cards. They started changing sizing & pricing of pizza. They even changed some of the recipes. The chain has made itself come off as miserly. Not, what you're looking for when you want pizza. It's just not fun & easy & clean, like at first. Our Family really likes a thin crust pizza & theirs is great ā¼ļø Since I cook it at home, I can get it exactly how crisp we like it. If not for that, I would probably not be a customer any longer.. The staff seams to get younger & younger, each time I go in. Team training is an issue. It's to bad because they have a few really good flavors, like the Thai Pizza, the Original Veggie Delite(which I can't seem to get anyone to make correctly anymore š). The BBQ Chicken & meat lovers are great also.....BUT, the toppings barely cover the dough. Sad, really. If they continue with this Chain/Franchise style, they will put themselves out of business. Papa Murphys, PLEASE, step...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in today for the first time, will definitely be my last. I usually go to the 1600N location, and will continue to do so there. I called in my pizzas and the girl who answered was very friendly, I was excited thinking it would be a good experience since she was so helpful. Boy was I wrong, when I got there it was a little busy, but I wasn't worried since I called in. The kids that were working on the line to make pizzas were super moody, especially the boy. Not minutes after someone placed their order, they were leaning over to the cashier asking what one of the pizza on the check was, and she seemed to get overwhelmed and they just blew it off. The person was still in the lobby, if you were unsure why not ask them? When I got up to the register I got my pizza and went home. If you could call it pizza, when I went to unwrap the cheese there was only sauce on one side of it, and was sloppy all over the edges, the other pizza the dough wasn't spread properly, when we pulled it out of the over we were missing practically half a pizza, the sauce on that one was terrible too. I would've gone back but I figured they'd just give me unprofessional attitude since they had it while I was in there. Don't waste your time, go to the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will never be visiting this location again. In the past they've gotten my order wrong several times, but it's the location closest to me, so I let it slide. Today I made an order using the website. Nowhere on the website did it stop me from doing any substitutions or tell me that there was a maximum allowance of substitutions. I received a call from who I believe was the manager (I think his name was Doug) at this location informing me that I could only do one substitution per pizza because that was what a sign in their location said. I told him I had no access to that sign and the website allowed me to make the changes. He said I would either have to take all the pizzas as they were described in the sign at the restaurant or cancel my order. I told him it was fine to cancel my order. Then he informed me that I would have to come to the restaurant in order to be refunded. I said I would prefer to be refunded remotely, and he said that wouldn't be possible--that I would have to come to the location. When I pushed back he hung up on me. I have never been talked to in such a disrespectful way or hung up on by any pizza establishment that I've ever frequented before. This was appalling and...
