💬 OVERVIEW - 4.25 I've frequented this Taco Bell from time to time as this is the closest to my home and when I'm out and about shopping, looking for an inexpensive meal.
🗺️ LOCATION - 5 This Taco Bell has a great location there along the busy Center Street, granted it is a bit complicated to get to the actual restaurant, and with chaotic driving from those Utah drivers it can be a pain.
💲 PRICE - 5 Most of the products are relatively cheap, that being said, you get what you pay for. The quality also is reflected in the price.
🌮🌯 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 3 Right now I'm going through a phase where me and my wife get the Taco & Burrito Carvings Pack. I typically make my tacos soft shell 🌮 and the burritos are the Beefy 5 Layer Burritos🌯. Not too bad of a deal 8 products for $10. I definitely can't get Taco Bell without the Mtn Dew Baja Blast, there's no better drink 🥤 to go with the food. The last time I went however, I was unimpressed by my soft shell tacos, the edges were dry and frayed. I didn't know they allowed such a subpar quality product leave their taco stand.
📢 POINTERS/PERKS - N/A I know Taco Bell has an app and that they offer delivery during these crazy CoronaVirus 😷 times, but nothing really strikes me as amazing when it comes to pointers or perks. They have some awesome electronic kiosks which you can use instead of wasting your time with someone at the register.
👨🍳 EMPLOYEES - 4 Sometimes you get amazing employees other times you get employees that are just there...
Read moreI have ordered online from this store a few times now. Each time, they say they have no record of an order, and I have to reorder. While I'm ordering, they say that they found it. I always end up waiting just as long, if not longer than if I had just ordered while there. I haven't had this problem at any other location. Roberta, a cashier, acted like I was so unreasonable for being frustrated. Gee, why would I be? It's so unreasonable to be upset when you are told that your food is ready, and they have no idea that you even have an order. I really wish there was another location decently close to my work. I think I'll just skip Taco Bell unless in another area. Very disappointed.
Update: They have a newer employee that works the window now. He used to work at Savers. He is very friendly and professional. Thank you for doing better.
Update part 2: Waited in the drive thru line tonight for 30 mins. Made a mobile order to save time. Asked for no cheese on my items, and my wife's with cheese. ALL OF THEM HAD CHEESE!!! Asked for fire sauce for me, and mild for my wife (because mild almost tastes like straight vinegar). ALL OF THEM WERE MILD! I had a very rough day at work, and just wanted to eat some food and relax after I got.off. I'm so tired of this place screwing up my orders. I couldn't eat any of my food, and just went to bed. I am so over...
Read moreThe WORST experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. I’ve been going to Taco Bell since I was a kid. It’s my absolute favorite. The drive thru was long so I went inside. I waited for 10 minutes while the employee right by me was ignoring me. I finally ordered 4 items and 2 Cinnabons. I went up 10 minutes later to ask if they’re gonna start on my order. (At this point another customer came up and said they got their online order wrong. They proceeded to continue the orders they were making instead of fixing his) the employee said you’re next. I kept hearing my name and thought it has to be almost ready and I even told them I had a flight to catch. At this point, my boyfriend on crutches came out of the car to ask for a refund since we’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and for our food. This employee was a women w red/brown hair maybe the manager not sure. (Typically Taco Bell will offer a refund when they mess up) once she refunded it, he asked how much longer. I saw the other employee making my food and putting it in a bag. She yelled “I refunded you. You’re not getting food.” I told her that I’ve worked in this industry and it’s her responsibility to be prompt and acknowledge her mistakes. She walked away while I was talking. The other employee sarcastically said “have a good day “as I walked out. Do yourself a favor and...
